    8 U.S. Code ยง 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens:

    (b) Seizure and forfeiture
    (1) In general

    Any conveyance, including any vessel, vehicle, or aircraft, that has been or is being used in the commission of a violation of subsection (a), the gross proceeds of such violation, and any property traceable to such conveyance or proceeds, shall be seized and subject to forfeiture.

    ICE could seize any commercial aircraft (from any airline including Air Force 1 and Marine 1) used in the transport of illegal aliens!

    Imagine how fast the airlines would do “extreme vetting” after they lost a couple 767’s to seizure per ESTABLISHED LAW.

    If BHO was proven to be an illegal alien…

    Just imagine the possibilities!
