    Orly,

This explains a lot — from Yahoo:

“High-tech medical firm GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) announced that clinical trials of a vaccine against Ebola, known as Nlocnileselrahcâ„¢ are highly promising and that tests involving humans are set to begin within the month.”

The CEO of GlaxoSmithKline, Andrew Witty, is a crony of Obama’s. GlaxoSmithKline is a client of Barack and Michelle’s old law firm, Sidley Austin.

    Figures.

Orly, I have an absurd question to pose. If Obama and his fellow democrats are found guilty of ignoring current immigration law can he (will he) pardon himself and his drones????

Leah Miller. The virus mutates against the vaccines as fast as they produce them. God, not those who think they are God) is going to win this war. We need to be honest about the behavior that is causing it and address that problem. And to stop blaming those who suggest this as the solution for the problem.

he cannot pardon himself, however, if he is impeached and removed from office, he can be pardoned by Biden, just as Nixon was pardoned.

So I guess America was the clinical phase “volunteers” to test on..

By allowing Ebola into America, they can begin testing right away without “detrimentally” harming the “volunteer” test subjects..

    How Nuremburg..

Can Obama or his administers be indicted and jailed for breaking the law before there is an impeachment and pardon?

Obama can’t be “found guilty” of anything in this case. It’s a civil case, not criminal.

It would be better Barry be arrested on RICO charges than impeached or better yet to finally have a ruling that this pResidency is void because of fraud. Then all of the garbage laws and orders would be voided too.

Really, Orly? I know you won’t post this because it once again proves you wrong, but just FYI, Ms. Constitutional Genius Attorney…

The President’s power to pardon does not extend to cases of impeachment.

Article II, Section 2, Clause 1

The President…shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Mr Jackson: I hate to tell you this, since you’re so knowledgeable about “nothing,” but what O has been doing with this illegal immigration insanity is FELONIOUS, at best!

So your oratory on O not being guilty here is remarkably ignorant!

    Dear Analyst.

Even if that were true, no one can be found guilty of anything criminal in a civil case. This is a civil case. There will be no verdict.

Just as I suspected. You deleted the post proving you are wrong about pardoning by Biden of Obama if he’s impeached. You know he can’t as it’s been proven to you yet you keep up your post which is a wrong and a lie and you know it.

More proof of your abject dishonesty.

I concur with that Analyst, Mr. Jackson you should visit your friendly neighborhood county courthouse and sit in on some cases, criminal and civil, to gain a more knowledge of the law. The last time I was in court was just yesterday, sitting in on a criminal case, of which the defendant didn’t have a snowballs chance in hell to get out of the charges presented to him by the state. Just the other day, a similar case, a civil case was heard, and he too (the defendant) was charged with a crime, and was convicted for his crimes.
Mr. Jackson it was the jury of his peers(the defendants peers) that convicted these people. The attorney’s that presented these cases cannot find people guilty, only the JURY can!

Obama will do what Nixon did. He will resign, if he will see that impeachment is inevitable. Biden will pardon him for any crimes and charges in all criminal cases. Just as Ford pardoned Nixon, Biden will pardon Obama for any crimes he might have committed against the US. I might be wrong, but this is my guess

    The Nixon Pardon

On September 8, 1974, Ford issued Proclamation 4311, which gave Nixon a full and unconditional pardon for any crimes he might have committed against the United States while President.[61][62][63] In a televised broadcast to the nation, Ford explained that he felt the pardon was in the best interests of the country, and that the Nixon family’s situation “is a tragedy in which we all have played a part. It could go on and on and on, or someone must write the end to it. I have concluded that only I can do that, and if I can, I must.”[64]

The Nixon pardon was highly controversial. Critics derided the move and claimed a “corrupt bargain” had been struck between the men.[9] They claimed Ford’s pardon was granted in exchange for Nixon’s resignation that elevated Ford to the Presidency. Ford’s first press secretary and close friend Jerald Franklin terHorst resigned his post in protest after President Nixon’s full pardon. According to Bob Woodward, Nixon Chief of Staff Alexander Haig proposed a pardon deal to Ford. He later decided to pardon Nixon for other reasons, primarily the friendship he and Nixon shared.[65] Regardless, historians believe the controversy was one of the major reasons Ford lost the election in 1976, an observation with which Ford agreed.[65] In an editorial at the time, The New York Times stated that the Nixon pardon was “a profoundly unwise, divisive and unjust act” that in a stroke had destroyed the new president’s “credibility as a man of judgment, candor and competence”.[39] On October 17, 1974, Ford testified before Congress on the pardon. He was the first sitting President to testify before Congress since Abraham Lincoln.[66]

After Ford left the White House in 1977, the former President privately justified his pardon of Nixon by carrying in his wallet a portion of the text of Burdick v. United States, a 1915 U.S. Supreme Court decision which stated that a pardon indicated a presumption of guilt, and that acceptance of a pardon was tantamount to a confession of that guilt.[67] In 2001, the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation awarded the John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award to Ford for his pardon of Nixon.[68] In presenting the award to Ford, Senator Ted Kennedy said that he had initially been opposed to the pardon of Nixon, but later stated that history had proved Ford to have made the correct decision.[69]
