Farrar et al v Obama List of witnesses for trial

Please, note, the fact that witnesses were subpoenaed to testify at trial does not necessarily mean, that all of them will testify. Some might file motions to quash the subpoena to appear at trial and testify. some of those motions to quash mi9ght be granted by the presiding judge. We will have to wait and see

    Regarding alleged forgery, are you confident that your expert witnesses entirely cover all technical aspects of the White House PDF, and have the combined expertise to refute possible expert witness testimony for the defense?

    Wow, how many tens of thousands of dollars is it going to cost you Orly to pay for mileage,etc to bring in these folks?
