Letter from Desert Storm veteran and a plaintiff David Smithey responding to vicious slander by talk show host Steve Frank

Mr.  Frank,

I am joined to this email thread and have read through its entirety.  I am responding to your quote

“At the end of the day I have an ex-football player vs. an attorney who has filed numerous lawsuits against Obama–and what does she have?  A chance that soon she will be disbarred for filing frivolous lawsuits, witnesses who say she lied and coerced them, plaintiffs who no longer want anything to do with her.”
While this end of the day reduction of candidates is probably great radio entertainment for the mindless masses; I assure you it is offensive to the six per-cent who make a difference in this country.  I am a veteran of Desert Shield/Storm, and served as a U.S. Army Captain under the Special Operations Command. I am as qualified to comment on this matter as any of our fellow Californians regarding the race for Secretary of State.

The single defining issue of this election, and every other in the country for that matter, is the full and aggressive reinstatement of the United States Constitution.

I chose to serve my country,  and my countrymen and was willing to put my life in harms way to defend our form of government.  Furthermore, my undergraduate degree is in Political Science and therefore I have an academic foundation for my position in addition to a military commission to defend it.

The only question you should be asking yourself is which of these candidates will support and advance our Constitutional Republic. Until you have understood this single most important issue than you remain relegated to the lowly ranks of uniformed citizenry.

As the CEO of TradePortal.com I strategically partnered the company with Thomson-Reuters, the largest data aggregation and information corporation in the world.  So I know something about capitalism and free enterprise.  I am also a plaintiff in the Keyes (former ambassador to the U.N.) complaint.

Orly Taitz is no politician, she is no bureaucrat and she may not be the best interview in media, but she is the best candidate for the Secretary of State.  She is the only one who champions the U.S. Constitution.  Mrs. Taitz has a sharp legal mind and is a practicing attorney, she also owns and operates her own businesses.  Mr. Dunn remains silent on the Constitution, and after thorough research on the internet I have been able to find out very little about his business.  His business website reveals an internet budget of about $200.00.

I encourage you to review the qualifications for Secretary of State and then look at Orly Taitz, Esq., and Damon Dunn on their merits.  Who is the better applicant for this job position? This election is not about the past rather it is about our future.

In closing Mr. Frank I hope you will rise to the level of professionalism and seriousness that this election demands.

Regards,

David Smithey
