Like you said thrown out for lack of standing. I agree that all US citizens, especially we who are natural born should have standing and a duty to enforce our laws on those who defy them. No judge should be superior to We the People and a healthy fear of us would go a long way in reigning in corruption. We need a well defined plan to create exactly this environment for our children’s future

If a citizen has no standing we are subjects not citizens. We citizens need to throw these guys out of office by any means possible as soon as possible. We are in very bad shape and it is getting worse by the minute.

After reading the synopsis of US vs Wong Kim Arch, it seems that Congress has the authority to decide who is and who isn’t a citizen, and what kind of citizen they are. Please correct me if I misread it.

The Constitution has already decided that. “Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements
established in the United States Constitution for election to the office of President or Vice
President and any office (Speaker of the House) in line to ascend to the office of President.
This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence
US Constitution, The Executive Branch, Article II, Section 1, subparagraph (5): No person,
except a Natural Born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of Adoption of this
Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to
that Office who shall not have attained the age thirty five years, and been fourteen years a
    Resident within the United States.
Ted Cruz was born on December 22, 1970, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada his parents, Eleanor
Elizabeth Darragh Wilson (US citizen) and Rafael Bienvenido Cruz (Cuban citizen) Rafael
Cruz immigrated to the US in 1957 and waited until 2005 to become a naturalized US citizen.
Why did Rafael Cruz wait 48 yrs to become a US citizen and 35 years after Ted Cruz was
    born?”

Take note of this as it tells you exactly what the Constitution requires.

The Constitution has already decided that. “Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements
established in the United States Constitution for election to the office of President or Vice
President and any office (Speaker of the House) in line to ascend to the office of President.

Why did Rafael Cruz wait 48 yrs to become a US citizen and 35 years after Ted Cruz was
born?” Can you understant this now?
