SSA just sent back my check that was attcahed to 08.08.2013 request for Haffy Bounel’s SS-5.

As the SSA played games and refused to provide SS-5 using as an excuse some minor discrepancy in secondary information, yet another request was submitted on 08.08.2013 by Attorney Taitz seeking SS-5 of Harry Bounel, born in 1890, no other secondary information was provided. They were supposed to respond within 20 business days by September 5th.   So far there is no response, only returned check. This entitles Taitz on behalf of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation to file yet another law suit against them and seek attorneys’ fees as well, if she decides to file in CA. Obama and Colvin and Wiggins are really cornered. It is time for them to come clean or sooner or later there will be some serious criminal charges. New Commissioner of SSA Carolyn Colvin and deputy director of FOIA Dawn Wiggins no longer have any excuses. They have to provide Bounel’s SS-5 Social Security application for Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425 which Obama fraudulently used in his tax returns and posted on Whitehouse.gov

    So this is how it’s going to be, then? They think they can just ignore lawful procedure and just decide that due-process is moot?

    Do any of you drooling Obamabots have even the slightest reservations about a regime that “has nothing to hide”, yet is so terrified of standard lawful discovery, that when faced with the reality of being exposed, they simply IGNORE the law in the most egregious and blatant manner? May God have mercy on your souls, you stupid, brainless pawns.

    Sadly for the Republic, this can only end one way – in gunfire, as it most assuredly will. JFK was right.

    Yes Bob69,There is something the American people could do but unfortunately entertainment is more
    important than truth to most American cable subscribers.Slanted propaganda and commercial advertisement is norm for all networks and the only way to get Networks sorted is to cancel until they change their hen house ways.I did my part over two years ago.

    Judge Lamberth MUST be Pressured to put forth A Ruling ! Maybe, JUST MAYBE, The Million Truckers (many more I pray)will Show up and HELP him make the RIGHT CHOICE!!! CLOSE DC UNTIL WE THE PEOPLE GET OUR JUSTICE!!!

    How can you seek attorney fees? You are filing these cases pro se. Is there a trick that the general public is unaware of??? I thought only if you are an attorney in the place you file suit that you can collect attorney fees. Are you a member of that bar and have you been admitted to practice in that court?

    if I file in CA on behalf of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation and the judge rules that SSA wrongfully failed to respond, they will have to pay my attorneys fees. Let’s hope they will provide his SS-5 soon

    I believe these shills for Obama have come to the point where they know their best procedure is to ‘circle the wagons’ so to speak. Need to go back in history to find out how and if the Indians ever broke the circle. Somewhere in history there is a lesson to be learned and used. Let us hope that that Obamacare is not the new frontier and so that the Indians can reclaim their territory.

    I do not think Lamberth can ever rule. They
    will try to off him. He will end up with a
    heart attack, or dead in the bed. They will not
    let him rule, IMO.
