    Dr. Taitz, the problem I see here is from what I’ve learned, these so called refugees are free to roam freely. Therefore, if the Gov of say Minn allows them into his state but Iowa doesn’t, they can simply cross the state line and be in Iowa. So the way I see it, if any state allows them in they can travel anywhere they choose. It’s not as if they are on house arrest.
