    Orly.
    The attorney De Jute from DOJ states that the United States has a right of intervention or involvement in any court if it is important to or affects the United States.

    De Jute must be asked what he considers as the importance or affect.

    De Jute & the court must also be reminded that what is important is that the DOJ’s interest must be driven by what is important to United States (we the people) and not an individual, who is the very subject by plaintiffs in the first instance as a threat to the interests of the United States.

    The DOJ have painted themselves into a corner, they MUST represent the best interests of the United States, in that process the Constitution of US must be their FIRST consideration.
