Shame kansas has officials with reservations about upholding our Constitution and acknowledging the rights of its citizens.

But then we must consider the larger number of states that claim authority to deny these rights altogether with their issue of permission slips.

I think it more reasonable and prudent for the true U.S. citizens to exercise their right with out concern or regard for the unConstitutional barriers imposed by state or federal Constitutional infringements. Defying unConstitutional laws is the citizens only realistic option, as legislators and courts are already bias against true freedoms, that is for the citizens.

None of the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights should be subject to government “approval”. By themselves they allow all US Citizens fundamental rights that are God given, not bureaucrat provided. Government is suppose to work for the people, not against the people. You have the power to throw out those who want personal control over you. Just think about what is happening and act accordingly.

Now, that’s what we need, for sure!

I’d love to have my home state get this accomplished…but now as I post this, we have a couple of lefties in the state senate trying to cut the public to the quick!

Some of these wimp-oids are totally useless! And I sent the person who sent me an email on this, just what I think of this one jerk, who is a pain in the rear-end all the time!
