Judge Rhonda Nishimura in HI granted my motion to expedite the hearing on Reciprocal Subpoena enforcement. New hearing is this Friday, January 13, 10:30am. I will be flying to HI for the 5th time!

I hope, I survive this HI saga.

Last Friday morning I was completely crashed when judge Nishimura scheduled the hearing on Reciprocal Subpoena enforcement from GA to be heard on January 26, same day as trial in GA.

Right after the hearing I ran to the nearby Fedex-Kinkos, where they have computers, did on line research and drafted a new motion and submitted it to judge Nishimura before my flight to CA.

I just got off the phone with judge’s legal assistant Jamie, she stated that my motion was granted by judge Nishimura and the new hearing will be this Friday at 10:30 am. This is a positive aspect.

The negative aspect, is the fact, that this will be the fifth time I will be flying to HI to a hearing. It is depleting all the donations. I hate to ask, but donations and frequent flier miles will come very handy. This is a very tough fight. You know the resources, that might opponent has, but with your help we are moving along. Thank you for your support .

    I really hope this isn’t true, but I believe this judge to be in the bag for Obama and is doing his bidding to deplete your funds.

    This is great news.

    I can’t see that the subpoena issued in GA should not be enforceable in Hawaii.

    Assuming she can legally get folks to fly down to Georgia, she must pay airfare, hoteling, and reasonable expenses.

    Lapane, you show YOUR Ignorance every time to post on here. If you would spend MORE time Reading the United States Constitution, and Actually understand what it means.
    The U.S. Supreme Court has already decided what a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is…
    And I’m sorry, Obama/Soetoro does NOT QUALIFY.

    Orly, the obots are saying that Jeff LaFrance was there taking video of your Jan 6th appearance in Hawaii where the Judge sprung her surprise with the Jan 26th court date.

    Is he going to post that video so we can see if the judge was grinning when she did that to you?

    Every time someone posts as negatively on here as LAPANE does, it only reinforces my belief that Ms. Taitz has Obama on the run. In fact I’m sure of it. I suspect that person could be Obama himself.

    I watch the NH video but the quality was bad and I could not hear your evidence. Is the case still valid in Alabama.
