Thank You Orly, I went to the county where he his being detained 2 hours away from Judgte Karen Khalil’s court and filed in midland district court an EX PARTE COMPLAINT FOR ISSUANCE OF WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS MCR 3.303 (F)(1)(a) pursuant to MCR 3.303 (B) A writ had already been filed in that county already to another judge. That offered a show cause for 2 weeks after his release. Judge Karen Khalil’s abuse of her power and discretion, without proper consideration of the law by illegally restraining without probable cause by way of kidnapping. Illegally holding the other court room observers under duress against their will by threat and intimidation for their lives. Jurisdiction HAD NOT BEEN obtained by the judge or given by all the QUIET court room observers Judge Karen Khalil with out consideration of Mr. David Schied of a hearing (the court observers were told he would go up in front of the judge and waited *it never happened), never offered access to council, never offered due process, inflicting cruel and unusual punishment, denial of bail or bond ((verbal by a third person (the Redford Police front desk person) to a third person (ME)), Judge Karen Khalil by retaliation against Mr. Schied, due to the following cases he has filed against her in the Michigan Supreme Court Case, 2 Michigan Court of Appeals and a County Case pending against her as a criminal. RECORD OF ACTION/TRANSCRIPT/VIDEO/ORDER IN WRITING AND IN PERSON WERE DENIED TO ME. |

Karen Khalil on Sept 11, 2011 announced that she started a special court for Veterans , that was the most un-American and disrespectful story to be published on the 10 year anniversary of 9-11. Some of our returning soldiers have post traumatic stress issues and having an Arabic judge torment our vets is cruel and unusual punishment

I remember reading that story on Sept 11,the article was published by the Redford Observer. a retired vet called me
And told me about the story In the paper, I still have the newspaper article. Some months earlier judge Karen Khalil antagonized the NAACP. They had a protest in front of the 17th District court house. She is one Mad Dog Arab. Just a plain and crazy racist, there are many insane stories about Judge Karen Khalil that don’t make no sense.

17th District Court Judge Karen Khalil of Redford Township Acts alot like that Nazi Judge Roland Freisler. Also known as “Raving Roland”. I hope David Schied commits himself to help free Redford Township of this evil and insane judge. Hopefully the State of Michigan will finally disbar her.

Both sides need to respect each others rights in the Redford Township Michigan 17 th District Court. Let’s have a fresh start, in the future Judge Karen Khalil AKA Judge Hideous will respect Mr. David Schied’s right to remain silent. Mr. David Schied will respect the right of Judge Karen Khalil to remain ugly. Anybody remember remember that famous quote by Rodney King “can’t we all get along”. Judge Karen Khalil’s evil is tearing that city apart.

Redford Township 17th District Court The Honorable Judge Karen Khalil should of been forced to retire. She could of scored a role in the movie Oz The Great And Powerful. Imagine at this very moment she probably is flying on her broomstick over Redford Township ranting and raving highly intoxicated followed closely by her flying monkeys Chief of police(thief of police)Eric Pahl,Captain James Turner,Sgt.Duane Gregg and last but not least Kevin Crittenden practicing in case there is a sequel to Oz.

I had similar incident with so called Judge Khalil were I felt my rights been violated not once but twice by her. She needs to looks beyond been popular among township officials voting endorsements in her district.
What a shame, I am so glad I don’t have to deal with Redford officials corruption.

On November 17 was forced (intiminated) by my Attorney Irene Bryant to sign an agreement in a landlord-tenant dispute.My Attorney said there is no way Judge Karen Khalil would rule in your favor because you were convicted of Obstruction of Justice and served jail time for threatening her (

Judge Karen Khalil knew this was a conflict of interest.I was forced to make a settlement with my tenant who owned $20,000 me in back rent,our new agreement was I write off $10,000 or possibility risk going to jail for contempt of court!!!! I was convicted in 2002 for threatening the judge KhKhalil. This is a conflict of interest

On March 6,2014 the district court n Detroit dismissed 2 of my convictions, Order Granting Relief From Judgement Signed and Filed!!!! Now the 17Th District Court(Judge Karen Khalil) is retailating. She did not disqualify herself from my civil case. Highly biased and possibly illegal.

This has been going on for over 12 years Judge Karen Khalil and her Township cronies have been trying to force me to sell or lose my commercial property.I been arrested 4 times all because I tried to conduct an honest real estate transaction.it is a conflict of interest for Judge Karen Khalil to hear my civil case

This is so disappointing that she is still on a bench. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! I was just wrongfully arrested, detained, had an attorney tell me i had to plea “no contest”, and it was a totally different case on the docket, I fired him, and motioned to with drawl the plea (made under distress, also before sentencing). She made rude comments to me, as well as over stepping her rights as a representative of the law! She revoked my bail out of retaliation for dismissing my attorney, she also made it well known i would sit in jail until i took a plea deal on every charge. She Made comments she would repetitively throw me back in jail any chance she could, as well as told the other party to “go ahead and throw out all my belongings, and go file for custody while she has me incarcerated” . Mind you- I was innocent, Now MOST IMPORTANT, MY SON IS THE ONE WHO IS SUFFERING FOR HER IGNORANT POWER TRIP. She put terms in “probation”, for me to have no contact for 12 mo with my 16 year old, who i had been his full custodial parent his entire life- his father is an abusive drug addict. She just “didnt think she had the patients to deal with me”….
That is Not Justice. Its disgusting.

Judge Karen Khalil and the Redford Township Police Department caught fabricating and Felony Destruction of Police Evidence. Judge Karen Khalil originally gave an excessively high bond on Misdemeanor charges to 6 Afro-Americans because one of them stated to Judge Karen Khalil he was worried it might affect his college scholarship. She allegedly said aloud a black mind is a terrible waste along with the Police and court employees taunting “African Safari” Judge Karen Khalil also refused to withdraw guilty pleas. 2011 MCHR.org report

On March 8th I had a trial for the repossession of my house where the attorney for the mortgage company said either I agree to 30 or he’s making me take 10 (which is questionable as it is) and then Judge Khalil was incredibly rude to me and then immediately was besties with the attorney. Then I was essentially forced to beg the attorney for the 30 days when he won. It would be very awkward if someone had footage of this behavior.
There is more to the behavior of the mortgage company, but the 2 court dates every rep attorney from the law firm was rude and unprofessional and she allowed it and joined in the bullying treating me like I was a scum that was clogging up her zoom court. And then, as I said, she was all smiles and endearment for the attorney. I’m moving out of Redford for fear that she’d end up doing something else to my family.
