Judge Grants Stay in Trump Refugee Order, Blocks Some Removals

Judge issues a temporary stay of deportations to those  who already have valid visas until the case is heard on the merits.

This stay will not help ones who do not have visas yet and it will not prevent deportations when those visas expire.  Visa and even Green Card is not citizenship. It allows only temporary stay in the country. Moreover, if the government provides evidence that those people either committed crimes or that they are a national security rick, their visas can be revoked even before they are granted.
