    As a college admin official and registrar,

    where is Janet embezzling this money from?

    Public funds at USC? One wonders why Jeff

    Sessions does not investigate this theft of

    public funds to attack Trump. This is NOT

    personal money of Napolitano, IMO. Total

    perversion of University funds. Huh?
