It will take President Trump 8 years to deport all illegal aliens with criminal record

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Presidential debates are in 2 weeks and the media and 15 other candidates are getting ready to gang on the front runner, Trump.

The main issue they will be pressing, is illegal immigration and what to do with 11 million illegals residing here. Other candidates and establishment are claiming that Trump does not provide the specifics, that he is just a demagogue and cannot make a difference. I believe that they are wrong.

I believe that Trump should start by stating that a president cannot act as a dictator and cannot issue an amnesty orders as Obama tried to do. Federal courts stopped Obama in doing so. So, President Trump will act within the existing immigration laws.

Trump should state that he will work closely with the U.S. Congress to pass mandatory e-verify laws, where every employer will have to do e-verify to check legal status of his employees. After all, many illegal aliens come here for higher wages. With e-verify enforced, many will be forced to go to their countries of origin, as the jobs will go to the US citizens. We have 93.5 million Americans who are not in labor force and the US president has to represent them and address their needs.

Further, Trump should go to the actual numbers.

Trump is correct in stating that illegal immigrants with criminal record will be deported first. Other candidates claim that this is not a large number and that is where they make a grave mistake. An article below shows that one in four adults has a criminal record. Most of Illegal alien are adults. It is believed that the percentage of ones with criminal record among illegals is higher, as some are drug dealers who are crossing the border, some are criminals fleeing law enforcement in their countries and some commit crimes simply because they are poor and resort to theft and robbery due to poverty. Even if you were to believe that there is the same rate of individuals with criminal record among illegals, it will take President Trump two full terms, 8 years, to deport all of them and I will explain why.

Today, Obama is deporting about 350,000 illegals per year. If you assume that the government is telling the truth, and we have only some 12 million illegals, dividing this number by 350,000, it will take about eight and a half years to deport all of them. So, President Trump  will complete a monumental task of closing the border and deporting all illegal aliens with criminal record, thus significantly lowering the crime level in the US, particularly border states and saving billions of dollars to the tax payers who will not need to pay the bill for incarceration, education, health care and other social needs of illegals.

Now, some are saying that we have about 30 million illegals. According to the center for immigration studies we have over 30 million people who either came illegally or overstayed their visas.

As I served as an attorney for plaintiffs in Obama eligibility trial in GA, my witness, former senior deportation officer, stated that in the immigration/deportation community the number of illegals is estimated to be at 42 million. So, I believe, it will be imperative for President Trump to conduct a new census and include a question of residency, legal status and citizenship. Since citizens and legal residents will have no problem confirming their status, by default, by comparing Obama census and Trump census, we will know who are illegal aliens and how many of them reside in the US.

If, indeed, we have 30-40 million illegals, deportation need to be expedited. One   of the ways to expedite it, is to deputize retired judges, licensed attorneys and former law enforcement officers as administrative commissioners and judges to preside over deportation hearings.

Additionally, the number of deportations picked in year 2000 at 1,860 million. It went down significantly to 350,000 since. President Trump should appoint a commission of border patrol agents and law enforcement officials to ascertain the ways to expedite deportations, so that people do not live in the US “in the shadows”, but rather are deported expeditiously to their countries of origin where they can leave in the open, as hard working, law abiding, tax paying citizens. They will not be in the shadows any more.

As for the rest of individuals who are here illegally, US immigration laws provide them with multiple ways of attaining legal residency. Majority of illegals came here as young adults seeking work and probably 90% of them had children here. Their children, as US citizens, can apply for visas and green cards for their parents. Remaining 10% have US born siblings, who can apply for them and they have US citizen or US resident spouses.  I believe that close to a 100% of illegal aliens can apply for legal residency based on family relations alone. Still others can apply for working or student visas.     They have to follow the US immigration laws, if they want to stay here, and they will have time to do so while President Trump is deporting 3-7,5 million illegal aliens with criminal record.

This summation should also be sent to Mr. Trump as an attorney’s input on potential proceedings against the impostor he will hopefully be replacing. Mr. Trump may not be offended if it were stated as an attorney’s advice.

    (which it is, of course)

We don’t know how much Mr. Trump knows about all of the past miseries that Obama has inflicted upon us and the world. We don’t know if he knows all of the sabotaging Obama has done, all of the lies, the behind-the-scenes undermining of our country.

We don’t know if he has ever seen the photo of Obama’s finger pointing in the air, as he strolls along with his Muslim friends, a sign which indicates he is with them, as their ally and advocate.

I have printed out many articles about him and his psychopathic tendencies, as viewed by professionals in the field of psychiatry.

There is so much evidence about the fraud and foreign agent, that Mr. Trump should have in his hands, to give him even more incentive to go ahead and never look back. (and also to continue to ignore the slings and arrows thrown at him by the uneducated and the subversives).

Trump plays his cards close to his vest. Wait to see what he does the day he takes office…Shock and Awe is probably too weak a term.

Vertitas, I hope you are right but I think that BOTH the Dems and RINOs in the Senate and the House (and the liberals on the SCOTUS) could really get in his way.

If he will enforce existing law it could be done in 8 months, not years.

    https://www.americanpatrol.com/REFERENCE/AidAbetUnlawfulSec8USC1324.html

Not many U.S. citizens will be willing to spend 5 years in prison for each violation of this law. When the jobs dry up and they get hungry, the illegals will be lining up to get back across the border and back to where they came from.

It will take a president who is a hard ass to enforce this law and cut the jobs off from the illegals “Cold Turkey”, but enforcing this law would be a swift and sure solution to the problem.

Obama would have a one way ticket back to Kenya.

If Trump used “The Operation Wetback” Deportation Method, He Could Leave it up to the States… And when One State Finished, It Could ASSIST Another State. When Finished, The States Could Be Reimburst Costs By The Fed. Government.

    Also, Orly:…

We should add to the first group to be deported, the disease carriers, to start this process.

And if they refuse to go, then, tell them that they will be forced to go, and then, (never) to be allowed back into America, EVER!

This would cause them to think twice before they play any more games with us!

Then, we should not just leave this up to the states, as there are too many liberal states that would refuse to do their job in this respect…

And since Trump has had the experience with handling situations in business and he does mean what he says, he will solve this B.S. a hell of a lot faster than any of the other candidates, IMO!

I have not seen Trump mention “the disease carriers”. His first priority is “the bad ones”.

Trump called in to CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday morning to speak with host Jake Tapper.
    ——-
We’re going to get the bad ones out,” Trump vowed. “We have some really bad dudes who are here in this country and we’re getting them out. We’re sending them back where they came from.
    ——-
The bad ones are going to get out. Then from that point on, we’re going to look very, very strongly at what we do. And I’m going to formulate a plan that I think people are going to be happy with. But we’re going to look very, very strongly at what we do.
    ———
I’m gonna get rid of the bad ones fast, and I’m gonna send them back. We’re not going to be putting them in prisons here and pay for them for the next 40 years.
    ———-
We’re going to take the high ground. We’re going to do what’s right. Some are going to have to go and some — Hey, we’re just going to see what happens. It’s a very, very big subject and a very complicated subject.
