This is all very exciting. Will we be able to hold special elections as soon as you win your case at the appeals court? How many more days before you will have removed Obama. Will the appeals court grant you access to Obama’s birthing records?

All the appeals court can do is reverse or affirm. If reversed – it gets sent back to Carter with orders to act consistent with the opinion.

Actually if Obumster is impeached, under the Constitution, the VP become the POTUS and if the VP is incapacitated, the Speaker of the House become the POTUS.
Anyway, it would be great if Obumster is impeached. Vice President Joe Biden is not much, but he’s still better than Obumster.

The State of Hawaii says that “only a relative or a person with tangible interests” can obtain the vital records for Obama.
Any member of Congress can request the vital records and cite ‘National Security’ as their ‘tangible interest’. I cannot imagine such a request would be denied. And, if it was, that would make an important news story.

If Obama is found ineligible the 2008 election will need to be annulled which would mean Joe Biden was never elected.

Orly:…if you are able to get discovery in court…how does that remove Obo? Isn’t he arrested? Or how does he leave? If it’s treason that’s found (with discovery), isn’t that suppose to (then) find others who have been treasonous, too, so they will be removed, as well?
Discovery wouldn’t allow impeachment, would it? If not, then, he would have to be arrested and wouldn’t that extend to as many of the people in govt that “ACTUALLY” deserve to be arrested?
Biden and all of Congress and the govt is aware of his treason, so wouldn’t they (the arresting personell) round up all the people close to him (including Biden, Clinton, Holder, Napolitano, the 2 Supremes Obo recommended for the judiciary, all in the Wh, DOJ, D’s in the senate, etc.) who have supported him during all of this, especially those who voted for the ObamaCare?
Or do they just get rid of Obo and then, begin “hearings” (like the vultures did to Nixon, during Watergate) to further arrest the rest of the “gang”?
And I’m talkin’ the likes of: Biden, Reid, Pelosi, Hillary, others who covertly prank off the American people–a RINO HERE AND THERE–and others! Cause wouldn’t Soros still have influence over the same?
