    Don’t you need a law degree to be Attorney General? Gingrich has a degree in history.

    there is no constitutional requirement for AG to be a lawyer, just as there is no constitutional requirement for Sec of Health and Hyman Services to be a doctor. Obama’s secretary of HHS had a degree in political science and philosophy

    Giuliani with his record of putting bad guys behind bars would be a wonderful choice for AG.Sessions might be a nice guy but so far he’s shown himself to be a talker rather than a doer.

    How about he Hire Attorney Orly Taitz Esq. as AG and begin at the source of all these scandals? The muslim usurper foreign terrorist agent 0bama. Prosecute and execute. And everyone who so much as utters a defensive word gets tried for aiding and abetting the terrorism and crimes against humanity that 0bama should be charged with. Public executions on live broadcast television with mandatory viewing by all young adult high school students as an example of what punishment befits traitors. Do that and the other corruption will halt instantly.

    What is holding things up?

    And get another grand jury started with legitimate reasons!
