    Dar Dr. Taitz , this is of a different nature: Obama states that he has given Judge Hanen until Monday to respond to his request, else he will appeal? I do not think that he has any authority to demand such from a federal judge . shouldn’t he have to wait and go through the proper channels ?

    Don’t forget, Rubio and Jindal are not Natural Born Citizens either.

    But, if they raise too much of a stink, obama’s will come up too.

    This is why the repuks won’t address obama’s eligibility because they want to run someone that is not eligible too.

    he can ask for a decision till Monday, however the judge has no obligation to do what he asked. It is in the court of Appeals already. I believe the 5th Circuit will uphold the decision by the judge, but I am afraid of the globalists on the Supreme Court, they might find a bogus excuse to give the regime whatever the regime wants
