Intent to run for state wide office in CA

Posted on | January 6, 2014 | 26 Comments

I got e-mails from a number of supporters urging me to run for a state wide office in CA. I was asked whether I would run for Senate in 2014.

I cannot run for Senate, as Senate positions are 6 year terms and there isn’t one open until 2016 (against Barbara Boxer)

Secretary of state position is not open until 2016. The only position that is open and might make a difference in Attorney General. CA is a deep blue state however this is an opportunity to bring forward a statement and issues that are covered up by the regime. 40 million people in the state of CA(or 12% of total US population) get those voter pamphlet. You are allowed 250 words and the state charges $6,000 for it to go to all the voters.

I am wondering if my supporters would be able and willing to pay this fee as well as registration fee $3,022.

Additionally, I would like to know what issues would you want to see in this 250 word statement of a candidate.

My preliminary list of issues:

1. nullification of an unconstitutional Obamacare tax for citizens of CA

2. nullification (a ban on NSA spying) on law abiding citizens of CA

3. nullification of NDAA provisions which allow indefinite  incarceration without trial and in violation of Habeas Corpus based on suspicion only

4. nullification of unfunded Federal mandates

5. homeowner and creditor assistance from recovered mortgage proceeds instead of funneling the funds to cronies and targeted extortion and shake downs

6. voter IDs in CA to remove at least a million and a half  invalid voter registration, which voted to raise our taxes

7. assuring lawful elections with US citizen candidates instead of candidates like Barack Obama who ran for office based on fraud and using a stolen CT SSN and fabricated IDs and aided and abetting by corrupt and criminally complicit officials

8. nullification in CA of  trade agreements, such as  TPP, TAFTA, NAFTA, WTO-GATT, Comprehensive immigration reform,  which are a de facto treason committed against the citizens of CA and US and which rob citizens of their jobs, wages and benefits

Right now the only announced candidate is current AG of CA Camela Harris (her brother in law Tony West , is #2 in Obama Justice Department). For this reason nobody else announced his or her candidacy to challenge Harris.

I am planning to run as “Declined to state party preference”  which is allowed now in CA. Main reason, is due to the fact that both parties failed to address above issues.

I think you could raise the money for the fees.

Before registering you need to hire a campaign consultant to determine whether or not you should enter.

That would cost you about $50,000.

Your other alternative is to start at the bottom and run for local offices and then work up to state congressperson and then state senator and then later run for federal offices. Not everyone can start at the top.

I don’t know. To be the attorney general, don’t you have to have some qualifications as an attorney that has actually been in practice for a long time and has helped many clients?

At this point, I don’t see it happening for you. But I wish you luck if you do.

States are not allowed to nullify federal law. That question was resolved by the Civil war.

    Dear Orly,

To assist you in raising the campaign statement cost and registration fee, I can commit to donating $200.00 now, if you decide to run for AG. I could donate again next month.

How about the issue of the perverse state mandating that children have the right to determine their gender and schools will be required to allow boys and girls to share the same bathroom and shower room. This is plain evil and child sexual abuse and tyranny aimed at the family.
We all know the issues that Orly Taitz is interested in but for the elections she may focus on issues that are near and dear to the people of California. The name of the game is getting the foot in the door.

    If Mr. Weatherford is correct,
I fear it is a risky undertaking,
much as it would be a blessing
for America, and Calif. in particular,
should you be elected Attorney General.

Lord knows, we need you in an
    authoritative government niche,
    to keep these fools honest.

The expense though, if he is
    correct about $50,000, is
    mind-numbing.

    If it weren’t for that,
    I would go for it.

    You certainly have the
    stamina of Wonder Woman.

Split California into 6 states – including turning left-wing Los Angeles and wacky Bay Area into their own communist states, while the remainder become 4 conservative/moderate states.

    ORLY,

I Believe you would get support of the Police and Sheriffs since Camela doesnt believe in prosecuting cop killers.

As a matter of fact, I believe you should run for anything that qualifies you.

Every year I see the same folks running for city council …etc. Eventually these dimwits make it thru office.

I say be on all ballots so that the nuts are forced to print the truth and then have the demowackos use their money since they will be scared and pathetic.

the fakers posting to prevent you from running are just that. fakers.. we see thru you obots trying to be compassionate about saving money. Puhlease..stop wasting our time and clean up your spittal..

If you really want to nullify federal law then you are really talking about seceding from the USA. California could be a viable sovereign country. It has the economy for it. Might have problems with debt. Still, a reworded Declaration of Independence with the above listed as grievances put into a proposition may get some results. That might be a better idea than running for office.

We need the ability to hold Rogue Judges who refuse to uphold the Law accountable. You have been witness to these Treasonous criminals thumbing their noses at us for years. People are fed up with these derelicts!

  18. dr_taitz@yahoo.com

what debate? I will be happy to debate Camella Harris, Eric Holder and Barack Obama. they are afraid to debate and speak to the public, as their actions are indefensible

  19. Dave Simmons
    January 7th, 2014 @ 6:37 am

Peter does have a point, though, Dr. Taitz. Of course a state can challenge federal laws, but it can’t exactly nullify them just by executive action, which you wouldn’t want to do anyway because that’s how Obama gets round the Constitution. I’m wondering also how easy you’ll find it being AG in such a blue state?

Before you run for ANY office you’re in need of a complete, head-to-toe makeover. Your hair and makeup are quite unnatural-looking. Your clothes usually look a bit frumpy. Sarah Palin had a $13,400 a week stylist. You could get one in California for about $3,000.

  21. Patriot35
    January 7th, 2014 @ 7:28 am

Orly, you will have the 100% backing and effort of myself, the Citizens for the Constitution, and all freedom-loving patriotic citizens of California … as well as the millions of patriots all across America.

CA A/G may just be one of 50, but it is the most important one of the 50 … and its influence will be felt nationwide – consequently your support will be nationwide.

God Bless you in all you do for your chosen country … and our Constitution FOR the United States of America!

  22. dr_taitz@yahoo.com
    January 7th, 2014 @ 7:46 am

are you serious? Spending $3,000 a week? for what? I don’t think Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein spend any money on a stylist and they got elected.

    to eugene,

Such a catty comment makes me think you are actually a woman. Dr. Orly is ever beautiful and classically stylish is all her public appearances, at court or giving interviews.

Those of us who appreciate her could wish for no more perfect a model of “Lady Liberty”.

Some of these obots don’t even
    make sense.
