This is the same person I contacted last summer who emailed me back a rather sassy and insulting message. However, I also contacted the head of the college and things were quiet for a while after that. Of course, I had also contacted the County Sheriff, too, so maybe that was why we had a quiet spell. It is either him or there is a student who has access to his computer. I’ll contact his “boss” again and maybe we’ll get some action.

Hi Orly
Same deal as with the Washington Quo Warranto.
Ask the local DA to prosecute.
If DA refuses, apply to Court for Order bypassing DA.
You’d probably only have to do it for one or two.
Class C felony 1 to 10 years Up to $10,000 fine.

Orly, do you have a friend or two with a videocamera who could accompany you to the DA or police station when you try to file your complaints? There is nothing like the presence of the press or a potential posting on YOUTUBE to make officials behave.

i reported a death threat focused towards Pres. Bush to the secret service and i was treated like a lunatic and transferred to some
phone line that just rang and rang.
same thing when i reported counterfieting of stock (several times)they could care less.

Is it time to teach us citizens on how to use “Citizens Arrest”? Perhaps some patriots in WA could then arrest him using Citizens Arrest. After we know the law, we could then tell the WA police either they arrest him etc or we as citizerns will.

Man, ain’t that the truth. Right after 9/11 I was working with a middle-eastern Muslim who kept saying America got what it deserved and that 9/11 was fully justified.
I reported him to the FBI because I thought he could be easily recruited by Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. if he wasn’t already.
Their phone line just rang and rang. I eventually left a message with my name and phone number and they never bothered to even inquire.
The FBI is as useless as boobs on a bull.

Going to the police and the FBI aren’t going to do you any good. Don’t you know that Obama controls them? There is no doubt that you should be concerned. I hope you don’t park your car in places where a person could easily cut your brake line. There are people all of this country that think your a loon. Its sad because you are working so hard. Anyway I hope you are parking your car in a safe place. If someone cuts your brake line then your going to have some major problems even if your driving slow.

I can’t believe you think your “reputation” is being attacked — HAVE you ever heard of a thing called KARMA? Your bad karma is coming back to haunt you. Keep trying to burn other people who never hurt you though — You will end up losing everything (your law and medical liscense, your money (you are about to be sued for all you got and they WILL collect) — you may even be deported or commited.
