   Budget Bill Passes House

   A quick round-up, as I’ve got an exam in four hours:

   Earlier today, a bill setting forth the congressional budget for 2010 and budgetary levels for 2001 through 2014 passed the House with no Republican support. The vote was 233 to 193, with 17 Democrats cutting against the grain. Those Democrats:

   At $3.55 trillion, Barack Obama’s budget is gargantuan, and will from here go to the Senate for final approval, and then on to the president, where it will likely be signed into law. I received the following statement from North Carolina Congressman Walter Jones, very much a voice of reason when it comes to matters of fiscal conservatism:

   During difficult times, American families and small businesses make sacrifices and do what they can to tighten their belts and reign in spending. Most people expect the federal government to do the same. Sadly, Washington has chosen to go on a spending spree and ignore the pressing demand for fiscal discipline. Rather than scale back wasteful spending, this budget resolution is projected to nearly triple the national debt over the next 10 years.

   The spending in this budget resolution calls for a $1.23 trillion deficit for 2010, which will lead to unprecedented borrowing from China, the Middle East, and other foreign countries that own our ballooning debt. Problems that have been caused by too much spending and too much debt simply can’t be solved by more government spending and more federal debt. The fact that April 26th was already “Debt Day” – the day in the fiscal year when federal spending surpasses revenues – obviously hasn’t registered in Washington. This Congress needs to wake up and realize its moral obligation to avoid passing on a mountain of debt to America’s future generations.

   While our nation continues to suffer amid a faltering economy, this budget includes $1.5 trillion in tax increases over the next 10 years. It not only imposes new taxes on corporate businesses but raises income taxes, harming the most successful small businesses that pay taxes at the top two individual rates. This budget also includes a new national energy tax that will cost every American household. Hiking taxes during an economic downturn will only hurt small businesses and slow job creation.

   With its fast-track ‘reconciliation’ procedure to push through sweeping policy changes like government run-health care and its expansion of the federal government through huge increases in spending, taxes, and deficits, this budget resolution will plunge our nation further into debt and keep us from getting back on the right economic track.

   Perhaps, after exams are done, I’ll have the chance to track down Congressman Jones for a comprehensive interview on the first 100-plus days of this new administration and congress. He’s always been gracious in the past, and I’m fairly certain he’ll be equally so in the future.

   In the meantime, we need to continue to stand up and let our voices be heard. Barack Obama’s policies, if there is a silver lining to be found, seem to have helped Republicans in the House and Senate wake up and remember their values and ideals. We will be stronger for having endured this presidency.

   And if not, we secede. (That was a joke. Okay, sort of a joke.)

   Orly, you are much appreciated by millions of Americans who are hoping that you, Mario Appuzo, Philip Berg and the rest can find a way to penetrate what seems to be a brick wall of three monkeys at SCOTUS. They see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil. In this case it’s about Barack Hussein Obama.

   It sounds that you are as frustrated as all of us. I was at a Tea Party in DC on April 15. I held a sign that said, “Big Brother, show us your birth certificate. Aritcle 2, Section 1”. There were many people interested in the sign and some took pictures of it.

   What I’m trying to say is do not give up hope on this. Perhaps you can go on the Michael Savage show and Steve Malzberg’s radio show. In the New York area, WOR 710 AM, they seem to be the only ones talking about it. I’ve written to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin (a Constitutional attorney and talk show host) and Glenn Beck. No one seems to want to touch it. What is that all about?

   You have many people who are with you. Perhaps a lawsuit by many ordinary people, like a group suit. Can’t remember the name exactly.

   It seems to me like Attorney General Holder and US Attorney Taylor have chosen to walk on the dark side.

   I don’t believe this letter came from Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire.

   It’s not her wrting style, and its not her signature. I just don’t believe it.
   There have been several articles with her name Orly signed to them, but I just dont’ beleive its her.

   What is going on?

   Where are the Military Officers on the cases? Making public pleas, not only to other Officers or Enlisted, but on behalf of the American People?

   Why should we as a People have to fight this fight ourselves? That’s why we have Constitutional Law Attorneys, isn’t it?

   The plain fact is this Government does not think we “hired” or “elected” them. Its plain to see that the Government behind the Veil, has not only infiltrated our Government top to bottom, but our Military, and our Judiciary.

   Dr. Taitz, Esquire, would not be throwing this back into our laps like this letter would have you believe. Maybe its time for another trip to Washington, except this time bring all you Brigadier Generals, and Officers with you, so the SCOTUS knows that saying no to them, should and rightfully be so, an Act of War against the Citizens of the United States.

   We have the capability, should all legal remedies be exhausted, but lets push that front as far as we can. Go back to Washington! With Officers,
   enlisted miltary, basically all the plaintiffs to the case, and lets see what happens there.

   I’m not buying this, “The People are going to have to do it”. Ummmm, shouldn’t our Military Officers devise some sort of plan, within the legal framework of the Constitution?

This group of Criminnals that have taken over our Government can only be stopped by having no country to Govern. Texas is on the verge of suceeding from the united States and as our freedoms continue to be taken away and our voices are going unheard it becomes clear that a new goverment needs to emerge using the basis of our now Constitution that obama and supporters are shredding daily. By suceeding, we leave him and his cronies behind as well as the most corrupt Senate and House of Reps ever in the history of the US.Drastic Yes, Impossible No.

    I totally agree, this is beginning to look like a run for martial law when all we have to do is quarantine the infected and close the border from the Gulf of Mexico to the west coast. We also need to ban international air travel both incoming and outgoing until this thing is under control.

    Illegal aliens living in the United States must be also quarantined and quietly removed back to their country of origin. The reason being is that many illegals carry TB and other diseases and if they are hit with this flu as well we will have our cities littered with dead bodies. The time is now to act but this corrupt administration will not act.

    I remember Russia in the early 90s when the people took to the streets and the Russian military was ordered to stop the rebellion. The Russian military refused to shoot its own citizens, and Yelstin stood on top of a tank declaring victory of the constitutional criscis. I wonder if our military would shoot us for the crimes of our government.

    Pandemic alert period, phase 5 – Prevention and containment

    WHO OBJECTIVES

    1. To mobilize and focus global resources to contain/
    control outbreak
    2. To coordinate efforts to limit morbidity and

    NATIONAL OBJECTIVES

    1. To make massive efforts to contain or delay
    human-to-human virus transmission and the
    onset of a pandemic.
    2. To limit morbidity and mortality associated with
    current human infections.
    3. To assess the potential for usage of antivirals in
    the pandemic period.
    4. To support preparations for large-scale pandemic
    vaccine production and licensing, and prepare for
    deployment as supplies become available.
    5. To gain early experience in pandemic vaccine use
    under field conditions (if clinical trial lots are
    available).

    WHO ACTIONS

    Public health interventions

    1. Same as phase 4.
    2. Collaborate to the extent possible with national
    authorities in distributing infection-control supplies
    to health-care settings providing care to human
    cases, especially if these supplies are from the global
    stockpile.

    Antivirals

    1. Same as in phase 4.
    2. Collaborate with national authorities to the extent
    possible in administering and evaluating targeted
    antiviral prophylaxis to close contacts of cases,
    especially if the global stockpile is used.

    Vaccines

    1. Promote vaccine prototype development, e.g. by
    coordinating clinical trials, if not done in phase 2.
    2. Establish ongoing information exchange with vaccine
    manufacturers to prepare for full-scale pandemic
    vaccine production.
    3. Provide guidance to national authorities in preparing
    and conducting a targeted vaccine campaign
    involving persons in the affected community, if
    pandemic vaccine is available.

    NATIONAL ACTIONS

    Countries with cases

    1. Implement interventions identified during contingency
    planning and new guidance provided by WHO.
    2. Consider/reconsider use of antivirals for early
    treatment of cases (prioritization may need to be
    changed).
    3. Assess/reassess efficacy and feasibility of prophylaxis
    for the purpose of attempting to contain outbreaks.
    Determine target population; if intervention agreed,

    preparations for mass vaccination campaigns (e.g.
    education, legal/liability issues) for when pandemic
    vaccine becomes available.
    5. Adjust priority lists of persons to be vaccinated (if
    applicable).

    If pandemic vaccine has already been developed

    1. Activate emergency procedures for rapid licensing
    and use of pandemic vaccines (all countries).

    2. Consider allocating vaccine for population-based
    intervention aimed at containing infection within
    currently affected areas.

    3. Consider implementing pandemic vaccine
    strategy as indicated in pandemic period.

    Pandemic alert period, phase 5 – Health system response

    WHO OBJECTIVES

    1. To promote efforts by national authorities to use
    health-care capacity optimally if additional cases
    occur, including providing guidance on clinical
    triage, treatment and infection-control
    procedures.
    2. To provide guidance on appropriate handling of
    specimens, including biosafety and security issues.

    NATIONAL OBJECTIVES

    1. To ensure that health systems are ready to scale
    up response and implement changes in triage and
    treatment priorities, and that these actions occur
    as soon as a country becomes affected.

    2. To prevent nosocomial transmission and maintain
    biosafety.

    WHO ACTIONS

    1. Coordinate international response with other
    international organizations.
    2. Provide guidance to national authorities in assisting
    clinicians in recognition, diagnosis and reporting of
    cases.
    3. Provide guidance to national authorities to optimize
    use of scarce facilities (triage, modified clinical
    guidelines, modified hospital infection guidelines,
    etc.).
    4. Provide countries with updated models for
    alternative care and protection of non-influenza
    health-care service.

    1. Full mobilization of health services and full
    implementation of emergency/contingency plans in
    affected areas, including coordination with other
    emergency sectors.

    2. Commence triage arrangements and other
    emergency procedures for efficient use of health-care

    4. Ensure attention to the health and other needs of
    persons in quarantine.

    Dr. Taitz,
    It is my understanding that the investigation in Beaumont TX was closed due to internal pressure. Is this correct? If is true, have you considered filing a complaint with the TX State Police. It is my understanding that if a police agency refuses to investigate a crime, doing so is a crime in itself. It is something that happens every day around the country and only when an official complaint against the agency refusing to investigate is filed at the highest agency in the state will the original complaint be taken seriously and investigated properly. If I am correct and I believe I am, the Beaumont would have a much bigger problem on their hands such as losing their accreditation. Losing that is about the biggest slap in the face a department can endure. Also in your fight with the Birth Certificate, has anyone asked in their lawsuits for the State Govt. in HI to clarify what procedure and guide lines they followed in certifying Obamas birth certificate. The way I read it they are only stating that the poses some form of one but what one?

    Dr. Orly, I understand your frustration. I must reinterate that phone calls, emails, and letters can be easily ignored or otherwise discarded. I am sure Holder and Taylor will continue to ignore our pleas from these avenues of communication.

    If you really want to reach Holder and Taylor, you are going to have expedite your efforts and uses avenues of communication that strong and not easily ignored or dismissed.

    I recommend the following suggestions that your should research and explore.

    1. Research and find when and where Holder and Taylor will be speaking to the press or will otherwise be available to the public. Once you find out, you can organize a front to attend confront Holder and Taylor on this issue.

    2. Research and find the inside number to reach Taylor and Holder. Every number that has been posted has lead to front-end receptionists who don’t know anything. Although they say they will pass your comments along, I am dubious to fact if they are actually being forwarded. The receptionists I talked to are black and most likely Obama supporters. I seriously doubt this will forward anybody’s comments on. Find persons who know Taylor or Holder and are willing to provide you with inside information. We must find a way to reach Holder and Taylor and bypass front-ed receptionist who don’t know anything and willing to give any information or help of any kind.

    3. Orly, you need to think about taking another trip to Washington DC and making a visit to Holder’s and Taylor’s office. You need to bring a large front with you consisting of supporters, lawyers, and members of the media.

    Orly, you did a great job summarizing the dire situation we are in. That is why we need as many people as possible to sign up as jurors with the http://www.AmericanGrandJury.org movement. There won’t be just one grand jury; as more people sign up, the more we will continue to assemble grand juries. The more the better.

    I don’t think we are at the point yet of taking matters into our own hands, outside of the grand juries. We don’t want to give “zero” an excuse for ordering any police action against us. However, if, after presentment or indictments are handed down vis-a-vis the grand juries and STILL no one listens, well that is a bridge we will have to cross then.

I am a health worker for my county, and today a coworker in another dept told me they have a hispanic client who said her mother is coming from Mexico, sick with H1N1 flu, to stay with her (HERE in Northern California) so she can get free and better quality medical care!!!     Media reports late tonight (10:00 EDT) suggest Supreme Court Justice David Souter will step down at the end of the court’s term.

    This NPR report is one of many that will be disseminated over the next few hours.

    Additional details to be posted throughout the evening and into tomorrow.

    1st UPDATE: 10:20 p.m. EDT: “Twittersphere” in overdrive; save for the NPR report, I see no other news organization reporting the story.

    2nd UPDATE: 10:25 p.m. EDT: NBC appears, repeat appears, to be the second news agency to confirm the Souter retirement.

    3rd UPDATE: Politico, which doesn’t appear to have independently verified the Souter story, is running a blurb from columnist Ben Smith, who offers a preliminary view of what the president might be thinking as he seeks to replace Souter: There’s some basically vacuous, but plausible, conventional wisdom saying that Judge Sonia Sotomayor is a likely pick. I’d suspect, though, that Obama will be tempted to pick one of the prominent legal minds whom he knows personally, and whose philosophy he likes, given his own engagement with legal theory.

    4th UPDATE: If this were a discussion in a journalism classroom, it would at some point turn to “owning a story.” And this is NPR’s (and Nina Totenberg’s?) story.

    WASHINGTON (CNN) – A source close to Supreme Court Justice David Souter has confirmed to CNN he plans to retire from the court after the term recesses in late June. A court spokesperson said tonight the justice would have no comment on the report.

    I have been following your gallant efforts to get the Supreme Court to read & understand the unspeakable actions taken by the forces who have controlled the Obama campaign from without. There is NO one so young and inexperienced in this country (or the world) who could carry off this campaign by himself.     People call me a conspiracy nut, but thank goodness you have finally said what I have been thinking about the Mexico/Flu scenario. It’s all a big distraction. First Mexico shuts down, next the el banditos will take over, then the US will have to form a North American Union, in order to establish order, down there. That’s why nothing is done about illegal immigration. I wouldn’t be surprised if that treaty that Bush made with Fox and Canada’s what’s his name, gave Mexicans full privileges to live and work in the USA, with terms to be spelled out latter.

    Most localities have statutes which forbid local law enforcement from investigating illegal immigration. Maybe that’s why nobody dares to question the illegal alien in the oval office?

The most direct route to usurpation of the Pretender/usurper is a sort of Ceasar at the head of his troops. The man msut surrender, vacate the white house, be arrested and tried as a traitor iun a military court and executed along with his fanatical staff and minions. Examples must be set, and the left will lose their privileges for having spit on the constitution of the United States.

    The real question is… what can we really do? Martial law would be very easy to declare and then the Feds have everything locked down. In my mind, an “epidemic” is the PERFECT way to control the population, first by eliminating many of them, and second creating a panic that causes them to have to take control of everything….. I think it would get very messy though. Many people would fight back and whole states would secede. I would consider that to be the start of civil war….

    This whole thing just sucks….. and I am not sure that I can envision a positive scenario right now. Many major prophecies talk about things getting bad at SOME POINT in the future….. Of course, I just wouldn’t want for it to happen now…..

    Now back to my delusional, happy thoughts…. 🙂

    In regards to your post (an excerpt copied above), I just found a news report about an unknown substance that was injected into a U.S. soldier who became gravely ill thereafter. Then when 29th Palms was mentioned on the video, I immediately remembered you had recently posted something about immunization shots and 29th Palms, so I checked your blog.

    It is a sad video to watch how the young soldier looked so healthy and strong in previous photos before the injection, and then to hear what had happened to him afterward and to see how his health and face changed so drastically. According to the report, a military official (who asked to remain anonymous) described that there are many other soldiers experiencing various forms of medical reactions, ranging from milder cases, to worse cases -including death- after such mandatory injections. I read in comments that it could have been a bad reaction to the mercury (thermosal) in the injection. There are indeed those involved in the health/wellness industry who also confirm this, even advising NOT to take immunization flu shots because they contain that dangerous substance. I myself experienced ill effects after taking a flu shot years ago, so stopped taking it altogether. As an aside, Chinese workers are also being poisoned simply by working inside factories that are producing ‘green’ lightbulbs that contain mercury ( https://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/asia/article6211261.ece ).

    However, still, even if the soldier simply may have had a bad reaction to the mercury or other ingredient in the injection, why was it NOT logged on the soldier’s medical records? (as reported on the news report). And if there are so many adverse affects reported by soldiers who get sick afterward, then why were those adverse reactions not reported to the CDC, and why continue those types of injections in the first place? Would it not defeat the purpose of trying to protect soldiers to avoid illnesses by giving them preventative shots—injections that may sicken or even kill some (as was described by the anonymous military official).

    Everyone, please pray for this young man in the news report, his family, his health, for a matching kidney donor for him, and for answers to this whole mystery. Pray that more former and current U.S. military officials and soldiers will boldly speak out about any negative health affects they witnessed and experienced after such injections, and that further investigations and news reports would reveal exactly who is responsible and why these types of injections are needed if many are getting sick and even die from it. Pray that similar types of injections would not be given to U.S. soldiers and others (or at least have some way of testing beforehand those who may be at risk of an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the shots). This gets me to thinking about the people who recently died in Mexico and elsewhere in the midst of the flu outbreak. Were some of them given similar types of injections, which ultimately caused their deaths (and not by the flu itself)? May God give wisdom, guidance, and protection to all.
