Important! new date for hearing with judge Nishimura November 30, 10 am

I just got a call from Jaimee, clerk for judge Nishimura, hearing will be November 30, 10 am. I still did not get a transcript from the prior hearing, in spite of multiple calls to Florence Fines, court reporter and her superiors.
There will not be a hearing with judge Puglisi, as his hearing was related to Lamberth case.
