   Paul Ryan understands two things.

   1.He has to promote insurance companies to manage health care and get better paid. Free Market for health care providers and public ability to pay for health care are not Paul Ryan concerns.
   2.His pocket book needs attention. This is why he does not see health care without insurance companies and without government meddling in health care.

   This is why the health care bill text is laced with insurance terms: insurance premiums and insurance plans. That is one of the reasons the bill is difficult to modify.

   The language of the current health care Paul Ryan replacement bill is the language of Obama and Pelosi. It is a faulty language designed for fast acceptance of the bill as the Law without reading it first. Instead it has be Trump/Rand/Ron Paul language of the Free Market first.

   The replacement of O-care law has to use free market language as its front and center. The replacement bill has to begin with the statement that the reduction of health care costs cannot be promised by the government. The bill has to use insurance terms only in subordinate clauses that would support those people who already purchased Obama health insurance.

   The reduction of costs has to be based on the operation of Free Market. This Market reduces costs already. Chronic heart problems or kidney problems or many other health problems can be resolved by Chinese Medicine and other long time existing medicines. The alternative health systems use alternative health care methods such as herbs, massage, acupuncture and many other options.

   In these cases, there are no expensive equipment. There are no kidney machines, no x-rays in many cases (with sufficiently skilled doctors no x-rays at all), no expensive tests or equipment.

   The skill, sensitivity, and intelligence of health provider is the dominating tool in Chinese Medicine and many other alternatives. This is why with growing of alternative medicines health market the health care costs are guaranteed to be driven down comparative to Western Medicine methods of drugs and complex machinery, and side effects.

   Spell the above in the Obama Care replacement bill and it will railroad through Congress. Many Democrats and independents use alternative medicines. They would understand free market in health care.

   Government supplied health care to reduce health care costs has never occurred to Founding Fathers. Government health care is Socialism. There is no economic foundation for Socialism. This was proven by Ludwig von Mises in 1922 in a book titled Socialism. It explains that Socialist Government has no way to establish prices for the services/products it would provide.

   Negotiation is how the prices are established in free market society. Mises book was early prediction of the collapse of Soviet Union. Government Health Care is an example of Socialism. It was tried many times. Canada is not happy with it, not to speak of Europe and Russia.

   Orly, read Trump’s book, The Art of the Deal. POTUS already has the Rinos and Dems where he wants them. He is setting a trap to get rid of Ryan and marginalize the Dems. Ha Ha.

   Why did Paul Ryan schedule the bill to be voted on, when he knew he only had a 17% approval rating on it?

   President Trump, make it your goal to replace Speaker Paul Ryan, only then we will get what we want.

   I don’t know why this is so hard to understand but I stand with the freedom caucus and they will except only full repeal at this time. No confusion no mess no government interference just back to the way it used to be and oh yes Obama we are going back
