Please Mrs. Orly Taitz your spewing criminal propaganda. The shootout B.S. is being organized by pete santilli the proven

And I have the evidence on a thump drive to prove it, and so so hundreds of other in the know, it’s a fact. https://susannahcole.wordpress.com/2013/04/17/who-is-this-guy-pete-santilli/ please stop feeding the criminals by allowing them a platform for which to spew their criminal government propaganda. Can send the evidence by mail at anytime to anybody who needs the truth to arrest him when time comes. Don’t trust peter santilli he’s a fed and that’s a probable fact. Just say when.

Also Mrs. Taitz you even said yourself, when you did pete’s show he left out all the pertinent facts and that made you very upset, remember? Now why do you suppose pete santilli left out all that information you wanted people know?

You want to know how I knew the feds would be leaving because Mr.Alex Jones exposed their criminal activity. And then the traitors sent in pete santilli to make it look like he’s the hero that saved the day but he’s really a paid on the payroll fed. https://susannahcole.wordpress.com/2013/04/17/who-is-this-guy-pete-santilli/

land, acres of land of multiple ranchers, as well 400 heads of cattle stolen from Bundy ranch. Average weigh of a cow is 600 pounds with a $150-160 per hundredweight, it is $900-$1000 per cow, so it is a theft of $400,000 from Bundy

He does NOT own the land. He has not paid his grazing fees for 20 years. At one point, he owed $300,000. Another report says it has now reached 1 MILLION with interest/penalties. He has lost two court cases over this. It is Federal land. He is stealing from the citizens and taxpayers.

“He currently stands in defiance of a 2013 court order demanding he remove his cattle from public land managed by the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management.”

“Bundy does not own the land, which is near his 150-acre ranch, and has not paid grazing fees since 1993. Bundy says he does not recognize the federal government’s claim to the property but believes he is entitled to use the land for grazing because his family has done exactly that for decades – even before the BLM was formed.”

when the family got this land 100 years ago, there was no provision for grazing fees, this is a new tax, created to deprive people of their property

Sheriff Mack’s honor of the Constitution and his common sense are phenomenal. Mr.Bundy handled this so well. Hats Off! and a big thankyou to our Militia’s. “God Bless You All”

We are talking about two different things.
The Bundy ranch is their property and they can do whatever they want on it.
However, for years, they did pay grazing fees for their cattle on federal land. Then they stopped paying – for twenty years. There were 2 law suits over this and Bundy lost. This has nothing to do with the property that the Bundy family owns. They are not being deprived or losing their personal real estate.
What would you do if it was your property that you had leased for grazing rights and the man did not pay you for twenty years? What if you owned an apartment complex or office building and a renter quit paying the rent? If you tried to evict them, would you be depriving them?

WHY BUNDY IS HOLDING OUT – Shiree BUNDY Cox gives her Dad’s side of the story
Reblogged thanks to Jean: 2012: What’s the Real Truth?
From : [link to https://www.facebook.com (secure)]
Mike Combs By SHIREE BUNDY COX:
I have had people ask me to explain my dad’s stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it is in a nut shell.
My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars. These rights to the land use are called preemptive rights.
Somewhere down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repaires and improvements of the ranches.
My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve. Instead they began using these money’s against the ranchers.
They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they’re own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a pittance he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren’t doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down.
So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes.
In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business.
Well when buying him out didn’t work, they used the iendangered species card. You’ve already heard about the desert tortis. Well that didn’t work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years.
    Now their desperate.
It’s come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff. Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the constitution of the United States of America. Now you may be saying,” how sad, but what does this have to do with me?” Well, I’ll tell you. They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it’s Utah’s turn. Mark my words, Utah is next.
Then there’s the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen.
See even if dad hasn’t paid them, those cattle do belong to him. Regardless of where they are ,they are my father’s property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even exsisted.
Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad’s signature on it. They think they can take them over two borders, which is illegal — ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfeild Aucion and sell them. All with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars.
    See how slick they are?
Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks

It has been reported that the land on which Mr. Bundy, and his family before him, have grazed their cattle does NOT belong to the federal government. Rather it belongs to the state of Nevada. If that report is correct, what the Hell is the FEDERAL BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT DOING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE???

    Not a new tax.
    “Grazing Districts in Nevada
The Taylor Grazing Act gave the Secretary of the Interior the authority to place public lands valuable for grazing and forage crops into grazing districts. The Division of Grazing worked with local ranchers and governments to develop grazing policy and to determine grazing district boundaries.

Nevada has six grazing districts. The BLM Field Office boundaries generally follow the grazing district boundaries. The Taylor Grazing Act was passed in 1934. Five of Nevada’s grazing districts were established by 1936

    No. 5 — Las Vegas, established November 3, 1936
    https://www.blm.gov/nv/st/en/prog/grazing/grazing_districts.html

From the Las Vegas Sun – Q+A: Behind the Bundy, BLM battle

    Q. How big is Bundy’s ranch?

    A. His ranch is about 160 acres in the Gold Butte area, about 75 miles northeast of Las Vegas up Interstate 15. But for two decades, Bundy has also allowed the cattle to roam about 150 square miles of federally owned desert surrounding his ranch. That area is about 10 percent larger than the entire City of Las Vegas.

    Q. What is the dispute all about?

    A. Bundy has refused to apply for the required permits or pay the monthly grazing fees.

    Q. When did tensions boil over?

    A. Things came to a head when environmentalists threatened to sue the agency to protect the endangered desert tortoise that lives on the land where Bundy’s cattle grazed. The BLM said Bundy’s cattle trampled the tortoise’s habitat. But officials also say the operation was a last resort. In a statement, the agency said: “In this case, the BLM and the National Park Service have made repeated attempts to resolve the matter with Mr. Bundy administratively and judicially for over 20 years. Mr. Bundy has also failed to comply with multiple court orders to remove his cattle from the federal lands and to end the illegal trespass.”

    Q. How much money does Bundy owe the government?

    A. Depends who you ask. He’ll tell you that he has refused to pay the BLM grazing fees since 1993, bringing his tab to about $300,000. But the government says he owes $1 million and will have to pay for the some of the round-up costs.

Sandy Beach, you must have sand in your eyes because you did NOT read nor understand the letter from the Bundy’s daughter, which has been re-posted for your convenience.

EVEN if there was no explanation from the daughter, the fact remains that these gung-ho armed mercenaries were out of line, out of control, and ready to take out women, children, and not blink an eye.

This land is not federal… got it?
    It is state land.

These mercenaries have no legal right to
be killing cattle, stealing cattle, and
threatening murder as justifcation for their
illegal and depraved actions and attitudes.

If you like that sort of behaviour,
leave your beach and join the
    company of these bad guys.

And by the way, try to develop some
    sympathy and compassion, which you
    are lacking.

Sandy needs to re-read Bundy’s daughter’s explaination. “Somewhere down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management.
