I requested a postponement of March 31 hearing in one of 2 cases that I have with Judge Hanen. I still have close to $3,000 debt for prior cases and cannot travel to TX until I get some donations for my foundation

MOTION TO POSTPONE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE   AND FOR A LEAVE OF COURT TO APPEAR BY PHONE AT THE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Case management conference in the case at hand is scheduled for March 31, 2015.  The court did not adjudicate the defendant’s motion to dismiss yet.  Plaintiff is requesting to postpone the case management conference until there is a decision on the motion to dismiss and the parties know that the case proceeds.

Additionally, the plaintiff is requesting the court to allow her to participate in the case management conference by phone. Typically case management conference lasts only a few minutes and is held for the purpose of scheduling the dates for discovery and trial. Plaintiff resides out of state and it costs her nearly $2,000 to travel to the hearing. Since this hearing is very short and it is only a date scheduling hearing, it would be an undue hardship for the plaintiff to travel and as such, granting a request for appearance by phone would be justified.

Plaintiff contacted defense by phone in order for meet and confer, however she did not hear back from the defense in regards to their position in relation to the motion at hand.

CONCLUSION

Based on the above, the motion at hand should be granted.

    Oh, man…come on, Patriots/supporters of Dr Orly.

    She needs to have help with all the things she has to pay for…we are here to be of help to her and not let these lefties win!

    Most anyone can send $5…on up? I continually help with this (every) month! This isn’t right to just let this go.

    Orly has put herself out and knows the consequences of not working to take these low-lives down!

    This is extremely important that we show her that we do care about all of her work! And no one should have to even ask everyone for monthly donations!

    I’ve sent my March donation in, so it should be arriving, shortly.

    With all the people who are Patriots/Americans who post here and all the people on her email list, everyone needs to reflect upon this issue and do the right thing to be there, when she needs our assistance.

    Would any of you want to work for free? This is what she’s going through! God is testing everyone…so do consider being there for Dr Orly, when she really needs our assistance!

    A Patriot would not neglect this very vital plea for help, as Orly is our Attorney, our Mouth-piece in taking it to the courts and members of Congress!

    Would anyone want her to stop working to save America? And Where are the super-wealthy? This is not right!

    PLease help with as much as you can…she doesn’t deserve to be left hanging without funds to do this!

    And for over (6) years now, she has faithfully been here to try to save all of us from the ev il scum that are trying to screw up our Country!

    Man, if I am able to do it (for as long as time takes), I will always donate to her, but she is the only one that I donate to on a permanent basis!

    So please do the right thing and give to the only person in America that really gives a damn to save America, and she knows better than anyone what awaits us, if we don’t succeed!

    Thanks, Davey Crockett, for a very good statement in support of Orly’s extreme dedic ation and work to save our country from the destroyer-usurper-obama. My donation has just been made through Paypal.

    I read Orly Taitz’s website every day. I have contributed some in the past but not for some time. After reading about her need for expense money contributions I felt a bit ashamed I hadn’t contributed more often. Today, 3/7/15, I sent $30. This isn’t a lot but if the thousands and thousands who read her website each day would send even $10 it would go a very long way toward helping attorney Taitz, and our country. Attorney Taitz is experiencing all of the stress of fighting evil. We can at least give her this level of support.
