I need your help in visiting the office of Attorney General of HI and getting a response, whether they will comply with the subpoena signed by the clerk of the court.

Director of Health of HI was served through her attorney, office of the Attorney General of HI with a subpoena signed by the clerk of the court of competent jurisdiction: United States District court for the District of Hawaii.
When a witness is located in another state, the procedure is for the local district court to issue a subpoena in relation to the case pending in another jurisdiction. I have called the office of the Attorney General several times, trying to ascertain, whether they will comply with the subpoena or not. They got a certified letter, phone messages, e-mails and faxes. They are not responding. The office of the Attorney General of HI has 180 attorneys and 500 employees, but I am getting an answer, that nobody is there, that there is only one secretary answering the calls.
The office of the Department of Health is stating, that the director of Health Theresa Fuddy left the island, that she is not on the island.
This is not normal. Usually there is a deputy Attorney General on duty in case there is a need to sign an arrest warrant. There must be an executive on duty in the Health Department as well. Imagine, if there is an epidemic, there supposed to e someone to decide on quarantine on emergency vaccinations and so on. It is completely unimaginable, that in two major departments of the Government of the state of HI there is nobody to respond and give information, whether they will comply with the subpoena or not.
As such I’m asking my supporters in HI to visit the office of the Attorney General to find out, whether they will comply with the subpoena. If indeed there is nobody there, to visit the office of the dirctor of Health and ask the official on duty to respond asap. the trip to HI is expensive. I will need to get airfare and i also need to pay for the hotel accommodations for two experts. I can’t make such arrangments without knowing that they will comply.

Just buy the plane tickets, reserve some rooms and go. If the criminals in Hawaii fail to comply with your subpoenas you can just get the Judge to make them pay you back. You are falling into their trap if you don’t go.

Maggie is correct in my opinion. Make reservations. If HI fails to perform on Subpoena day, your case is not diminished, its actually greatly strengthened. HI is making one fatal mistake after another.

It is obvious to all of us who have an understanding of this issue, that Hawaii, Fuddy, AG absolutely cannot comply with subpoena. They would either have to show up with no BC, or show up with forged BC. They cannot do either. You really do not need to get them on the phone. They are stuck. They CANNOT comply and their only hope is if you and document experts do not show up. So, it seems that you Dr. Taitz and experts must go, waste money, but still be there so they will be in contempt. Please people, help Dr. Taitz pay for this. Maybe Judge Lamberth will help in this situation, with order to compel, or some other way.

I think the airline will give you credit, and the hotel will possibly not charge or refund if you cancel later. Please, people with some resources, please send Dr. Taitz money for the tickets and hotel! If Americans refuse to pay for this, they deserve Obama.

These traitors, FuddyDuddy, and the HI AG, would like nothing better than to trick Orly into not attending. That is probably why they are pretending to be out of town, or off the island. To discourage Orly into going to Hawaii, because she does not want to waste her travel money for nothing. If Orly takes the bait, then the traitors win.
If Orly and the experts do not show up at the correct time and place in HI, the traitors will show up, and then will say “Hey, we were here. It’s not our fault she didn’t show up.”
Or, if Orly announces on her website that she may not attend, the traitors will say “Well, we didn’t attend, because we read on her website that she wasn’t coming”.
I just donated a small amount using the DONATE button on Orly’s website. Now would be a good time for all the patriots out there to chip in whatever amount they can to help pay these travel costs. Any amount will obviously help. I would hate to see all of Orly’s hard work over these past 3 years go to waste because there was not enough $$ for the trip to Hawaii.

Find an attorney or process server in Hawaii to go the the AG office and ask to see a lawyer, then slap the subpoenas into their hands. Someone would probably do it pro bono for you. Then the fireworks will start.

Then the burden is on them to comply whether or not there is someone “available” in the office. They are probably going “dark” until July 25th, which is apparently the only way they can avoid falling into the trap you have set for them.
It would be very interesting for someone to just walk into the AG office and ask for a lawyer then ask about the subpoenas. If ONE attorney is there and they run down the hall then it’s a conspiracy of silence.

At the deposition? Not allowed. Only official videography by a licensed videographer would have been allowed, but that can’t happen now. Orly failed to provide notice of that in the subpoena.

That’s because you set the response date for August 8 at 10:00 AM. That’s the only time they are obligated to respond.

You could Fed Ex a package to the Hawaii Sheriff and Police Department, tell them the situation, that the government office is refusing to interact, claiming an official is “gone”…with no delegate during their absence??…it always falls to the superior, if the person has not assigned a substitute. Have the Police deliver and get proper signatures and mail the package back to you.

Please consider asking your supporters in Oahu, Hawaii to put you and your experts up at their private residences (saving you alot of money), and to see if there are any supporters, worldwide, who can donate their frequent flier miles to help with your airfare costs.
If you cannot find a private residence to stay at, consider staying away from Waikiki and the downtown Honolulu area, as they are prime locations for tourists. The bus system in Hawaii is surprisingly efficient, so a motel in Kaimuki, Aiea, Manoa, Ala Moana, Kalihi, Pacific Palisades, Hotel Street, China Town, etc…would be just as accessible to the Dept. of Health, and they would be infinitely less expensive.
Just a thought…

If the Hawaii departments will not respond, then it would seem that you must demand that the Governor himself responds. He is responsible for those departments, am I correct?

Please forgive the naive questions, but is there no enforcement power behind a subpoena? What is the procedure if a party just ignores it, as is clearly happening here? Is there a place for federal marshals to bring the party in contempt before the court?
For an individual to do this is one thing, but for a state government to do it is intolerable. But this is Obama’s most effective tactic. He just left town when the Tea Party demonstrated – they didn’t exist. He dismisses politcal disagreement as “noise”. He ignores the existence of questions, like his eligibility, at will. It appears that he has taught this “just ignore them” lesson to Hawaii. I think they do not deserve to remain a State.

Contact the Republicans in Hawaii and tell them your predicament. They will know of both conservative attorneys there and of business owners who are really upset about the Democratic leadership of that state.
I know the business owners are very upset in Hawaii.

My suggestion to supporters in Hawaii who can do so — OFFER ORLY AND HER EXPERTS A PLACE TO STAY. It would give her flexibility by allowing more time to deal with the outlaw Hawaii government, and conserve everyone’s contributions for those critical needs that can only be met with money.
