I think it would be kinda hard to buy off a 75 year old judge, especially in MS.

In your California Senate battle here is something to take Boxer to task on……go on the attack against Boxer, all the time, do not defend your record except to say that you are a success in America and stand for the Constitution and justice, liberty, and freedom for all people.

A senior Democratic senator Thursday shot down an attempt by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) to call up an amendment cutting off all U.S. aid to Egypt unless the authorities allow Americans being detained there to leave the country………

Paul delivered a strong-worded, five-and-a-half minute statement on the Senate floor, condemning what he called “trumped-up political charges” and criticizing the response by the Obama administration and Congress.

He urged senators to take up an amendment to a transportation bill which he said would “end all foreign aid to Egypt if our U.S. citizens are not released in 30 days.”

But Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), who co-sponsored the bipartisan transportation bill with Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), objected.

If this judge is black, you can forget it. What would be the chances that he be an Obama supporter? I would say that 99% of blacks are unquestionable supporters of this probably illegitimate President. In that case, there would be less than a 1% chance of this judge supporting the investigation.

I don’t know, what is his background. Obots are saying many things, you can’t believe everything, that is being said

Orly…I tried to look him up ..the only info I found was his name and birth date of 1947…so that makes him about 64 or 65 …he has 3 or 4 children…and he is retired….I think he was chosen because of his being retired and any decision he makes either pro or con won’t hurt his career…I just hope he weighs the evidence when he makes his ruling.

    omg,
who do you think you’re kidding William?
why are you injecting racism into this??
Who are you? What’s your point?
The fact is most prior Obama supporters won’t
even THINK about voting for him again.

Dr. Taitz, I’d throw up a red flag every time
you hear any utterance of ‘black’ reference.

This has nothing do do with black, white, blue,
    pink, orange-
it’s about a MAN conning his way into the WH
    via forged BC and SSN

If the judge is black, this is just fine. Clarence Thomas is black. My guess is that he would hear the case on merits and rule according to law if he could. James Manning is black. Alan Keyes is black. These are black Americans who understand the efforts to uphold and defend the Constitution. Many black Americans understand that Obama is not one of them, with a white mother and Kenyan father, he does not share the history and experience of black Americans. If it were to be a black judge who ruled against Obama on merits, then it would diffuse the screeching cries of “racism.”

I saw him being born in 1936, maybe it’s another judge Coleman

    Dr. Taitz,
it’s of no concern or worry if this new judge is black.
A person is a person, let’s give him a chance to
be an honest American- whoever he is.

I stick by my argument. Blacks overwhelmingly support Obama. It is a metaphysical fact. As a result, race is an important ingredient in this situation. As to the point that Clarence Thomas and Alan Keyes do not support Obama, that does not discredit my argument. You may be correct that they do not support this President. In that case, they are among the tiny minority of blacks, that is, about 1%.

Orly, there are 2 Judge Coleman’s, in MS. One is R. Kenneth and the other is William.

When I mentioned that he was black, I mentioned it, not because I thought he’d automatically side with “The Won,” but because it MIGHT have been why he was chosen to hear your case. Alec is right, though, with respect that if the Judge ruled in your favor, it would diffuse the racism screams from those lunatic lefty bloggers.

From all of his rulings that I have read, and he has a looooooooong, illustrative career in the court, he seems very fair and clear thinking.
