I keep getting this question: what can be done to Obama, if he does not show up in court in response to the subpoena and does not present the documents requested. Here is the answer

Can you arrest him if he doesn’t show up?

I can’t arrest him, but a judge can find a party in contempt of court and issue a bench warrant for his arrest. I had a situation like this once, where a defendant did not appear, a bench warrant was issued. A couple of weeks later he was arrested and they called me from court to come to the hearing, the defendant was sitting there in handcuffs. If the judge will ever have the … to do this to the lying usurper Obama, I do not know. So far we saw nothing but corrupt, treasonous, spineless and … judges. Maybe this judge will be different, I don’t know. Apropo to this question, here is a funny remark from one of the readers…

Our thanks to Doctor Tom for this forward and on-target comments.

Honestly, Folks, the thing we are to fear the least is pure Satanic evil. We have the cure for that. What is to fear? (Romans 8:31, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFM0nUyn2bI)

Eh, Mr. Issa?

This is wonderful.

Darrell Issa, Mr. Tough guy, who rolled over when Oscumma gives ‘Executive Privilege’ to Eric Squalor, er Holder

when he could have held him in contempt and/or tried him for ‘Obstruction of Justice’ (which is EXEMPT) from OScumma’s ‘EP’ edict,

has now been served with a Subpoena….

Folks, there is a God….and he made Orly Taitz to give us ‘OScumma despisers’ HOPE & CHANGE apparently.

Look at this.  Ya gotta LOL!

Aren’t you supposed to pay them for coming? I don’t understand. If someone gave me a summons with such short notice, especially during the holidays, I’d want to be compensated.

compensation is for witnesses. Obama is not a witness, he is a defendant. Compensation is only
$40 per day and the cost of the cheapest ticket or 10c per mile, which is a chicken shit

I thought that government officials like the president had immunity. Are you positive that the judge will issue a bench warrant?

I am not positive that he will issue a bench warrant, but there is no immunity. Governmental officials routinely testify or produce documents
