I just talked to the clerk of the Supreme Court of the US, he told me to resubmit my case Taitz v Astrue, stated that an error by the clerk can be corrected

I do not know, what i going on, but there was some movement in 3 courts:

1. Judge Reid in Indiana granted my request to vacate after there was a clear pressure by Obama regime to erase from the Internet the audio tape of the testimony by Paul Irey and Felicito Papa, which were admitted by the court, who stated that Obama’s birth certificate is a clear forgery. Originally the court scheduled a sua sponte hearing for Nov 27, claiming that parties violated a court order by publishing the audio on YouTube and they should respond why they should not be sanctioned for violating a court order. I filed a motion to vacate the hearing as there was no violation of any orders and this was simply an attempt to intimidate parties. Finally Nov 27 hearing was vacated, the audio tape is on youtube, anyone can hear the court admitting the testimony, which shows Obama to be a criminal using a forged birth certificate

2. Supreme court of CA reconsidered and allowed to file a petition for stay of the certification of elections after originally refusing to accept the case

3. Today clerk of the Supreme Court of the U.S. told me to resubmit my case Taitz v Astrue, seeking an original application for CT SSN 042-68-4425, which Obama is fraudulently using, een though it was never assigned to him. Originally a clerk by name Jeff Atkins manipulate the docket claiming that I was out of time, even tough I was not. I submitted a letter on October 7th, I had time till November 7th. N ew case analyst stated that there is no error by the clerk, which cannot be corrected

I will be submitting and will keep fighting until Obama is out of office and criminally prosecuted for getting in the White House with a forged birth certificate, selective service certificate and a stolen Social security number. All of his accomplices belong in prison together with him. We either have a nation of laws or a nation of ruling thugs, a ruling mafia.

    Wow! Well, something definitely has a “queer” smell to it!! I think we should get ahold of “Ripleys”…and ask them to create a new category for “musical judges,” who can’t make up their minds!! 🙂

    Are people finally realizing that this Christian nation has been submitted to, and conscripted under, one Muslim faction against another Muslim faction in their war(s) that will never, never, ever end?

    Hi Orly, I believe that it is Love and God answering the prayers of us fellow patriots. Keep up the fight, you are one brave, smart and courageous woman!!!
