I got a call from TX, now at 5am. What people need to do now, is inundate the phone lines of governor Perry and seek an announcement of the state referendum vote 30 days from now

People are asking me what to do:

1. contact governor of TX Rick Perry or a governor of your state and seek an announcement of a referendum vote 30 days from now. If you recall, there was a similar referendum vote in Quebec to secede from Canada, but they did not get the majority vote.

2 If majority of Texans or citizens of other states vote in the referendum vote to secede from the US, then the state legislature and Governor need to ratify this vote and announce the Independence of TX and secession from the U.S. with the simultaneous recognition by the United Nations as an independent state.

3. People of TX will start breathing, as they will not have to work 4 months every year to feed an army of millions of freeloaders in Blue States, they will not have to pay for the enormous machine of the federal bureaucracy.

4. This is not 1861. Obama will not send an army to occupy Texas, as it was in the civil war. Most of the U.S. army by a margin of 2;1 or 3:1 voted against Obama and will not shoot the citizens of TX, they will not follow any orders to attack law abiding citizens of a sister state. This might be the only way to end the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency, massive fraud and deprivation of civil rights. At this point I no longer believe that I will find one honest judge who will do a thing. The corruption in the government and courts is too far foregone to expect anything to be done by the courts to end the usurpation and treason.

The state of TX or any other state can have a referendum vote on secession within 30 days and be an indeprndent nation within 60 days.

Call me after you talk to your governor.

    It will never work: The GOP is complicit in Obozo’s usurpation.

    Not a single word from them about the election fraud.

    It might be very difficult to get a majority to vote for secession. Just as you said, they did not get a majority in Quebec.

    It would be much better and far easier just to have a vote in the legislature, pass it in both houses, have the Governor sign it and GO! Just get the hell out and out from under this terrible corrupt federal government.

    Rick Perry Takes Stand On Texas Secession Issue

    Texas Gov. Rick Perry does not stand behind a secession petition filed with the White House by a Lone Star State resident in the aftermath of the presidential election.

    The Dallas Morning News reports that the Republican governor’s press secretary, Catherine Frazier, said in an email that Perry “believes in the greatness of our Union and nothing should be done to change it.” She added, “But he also shares the frustrations many Americans have with our federal government. Now more than ever our country needs strong leadership from states like Texas, that are making tough decisions to live within their means, keep taxes low and provide opportunities to job creators so their citizens can provide for their families and prosper.”

    Let’s take a look at the numbers:

    Say that the US tells Texas “Fine, whatever, you don’t want to play anymore, then go”.

    First off, what makes Texas think that they get to keep all the military equipment at bases there? Sure, they get the bases. But squat else. Same with the Johnson Space Center. We get the equipment, they can keep the buildings.

    Then there’s the numbers –

    Current news reports say that 60,000 signed this (many of which don’t live in Texas, but that’s neither here or there). Their current population is 25,674,681. So 0.23% signed this petition.

    Mitt Romney got 4,555,799 votes in Texas. “Others”, (Virgil Goode and other write ins) got 2,584. So we’ll say 4,558,383 That means only 17.75% of the population of Texas voted for Mitt Romney or “other” (I’m leaving Gary Johnson’s votes out of this)

    But for the sake of argument, let’s figure that the same percentage that voted for Romney (57.19%) want to stay in the new Texas, while everyone else gets the hell out. That’s a population of 14,683,350.

    The Texas Military Forces consist of the Texas National Guard, the Texas Air National Guard, and the Texas State Guard. According to their 2012-2013 appropriations request, they have 25,381 members (19,564 National Guard, 3013 Air National Guard, 1921 Texas State Guard, and 883 state and federal employees. They don’t have much in the way of maritime forces. Let’s figure that they stick around as well.

    Here’s the thing. To the south is Mexico (population 113,910,608). With a standing military of 259,770, divided between Army, Air Force, and Navy, with fairly modern equipment. Not to mention the fact that the narco-controlled Ciudad Juárez is right across the border from El Paso.

    Mexicans also remember the Alamo. And who won there. And guarding the Texas/Mexican border would be the responsibility of the new Republic of Texas, not the US.

    So how long would the “Republic of Texas” last before becoming part of Mexico again??

    I will continue to contend and promote that these actions have to have an ancillary purpose of getting a Representative and a Senator of the secession states to challenge the electoral votes and voting fraud as well as eligibility at the December convention of Congress.

    Rick Perry is a scumbag! Texas was a republic which was coerced into becoming a State. A proviso is written into that agreement that Texas may remove themselves from the Union at anytime. I believe Hawaii shares the same, as they were also a Republic.

    I remember reading in the monthly booklet I receive, that Texas was (ALREADY) a Republic unto itself! I don’t remember all the details, but Newsweek Magazine did a piece about this and they discussed how Texas doesn’t have to secede! It already is a separate nation!! But was supposedly conned into believeing that they had to come into the Union, back in the 1800’s AFTER fighting at the Alamo!~
