Orly you need to expose Carter’s bias in using one of Obama’s obots as a clerk. Carter’s decision and behavior throughout this case has been basically treasonous and he has flouted every oath he has ever taken. Carter’s career will almost certainly hit an iceberg if you do. |

Could you please provide more specific information? What has Judge Land done now? I thought the Rhodes case was done and all the action was in the 11th circuit court of appeals now on the sanctions?
It appears the 11th circuit may be friendly to you. They let your new lawyer file a reply out of time on the sanction order. That is a good sign. They must realize that you are very busy running around like crazy saving the Constitution from the Usurper. Hopefully, there are no Obot plants in the 11th circuit who will submarine your appeal.

there were technical delays. I got my Pro Hac Vice only last week for the 11th circuit
