Lead plaintiff in Noonan v Bowen has created a web sie americanresistanceparty.blogspot.com. 

He posted there and sent me a  photo shop of Obama using a rifle at Camp David where he made it look like Obama is shooting me. I am not posting it here, as I do not want Obama claiming that I infringe on his copy right. If you want to see the caricature or read Mr. Noonan’s articles you can go on his blog.

Besides, Obama with a rifle looks like a caricature to begin with. It looks as authentic as Dukakis in a tank.

    Obama has no copyright to this or any other “official” photo. This photo is taxpayer owned. NO RESTRICTIONS, in spite of what this FRAUD says.

    Justice John Roberts is going to review a case on Feb 15th regarding Obama’s use of a fake SS#.

    More practically, Obama would not be the copyright owner anyway, because copyright is owned by the photographer, unless there’s a contract that says otherwise. It COULD be owned by the government, but as a matter of practice, the US government places almost all copyright in the public domain.

    The White House posted that picture, and threatened anybody that photoshopped it in any way. Red flag waved at the bulls! Obama has been shooting at everything, from every imaginable place, all over FACEBOOK. Some of them are SOOOOO hilarious!! I have shared most of them, so they could be found on my wall. The White House is probably fuming, with as much smoke coming out their noses and ears as out of that rifle Obama has pointed at Skeet that apparently could not get more than 3 feet off the ground. LMAO
