I contacted all of the co-plaintiffs and clients in Obama challenges and I am seeking their input, whether they intend to proceed

Posted on | November 7, 2012 | 63 Comments

One candidate withdrew from the case  and she wrote to the judge advising that. I have contacted the plaintiffs in all cases and I am seeking their response whether they intend to proceed.

After I hear from them, I will reevaluate. While many supporters urge me to proceed, I need to evaluate, if I will be able to. I need to see, if other plaintiffs are proceeding, also I need to see if the GOP and major donors will be willing to assist.

GOP is run by the same handlers as the dem party. GOP elite received the same marching orders not to challenge Obama’s forged IDs because they will be seen as racist. As a result they gave up a legitimate case which would have removed Obama from the ballot and they lost the election as well.

ObamaforgeryGate took 4 years of my life,thousands of dollars and a lot of health. We could not find one single judge with honesty and integrity to rule on the merits of the case. I believe 150 cases were filed by many attorneys and pro se-plaintiffs around the country. Not one judge allowed for a jury to hear the case, not one judge was willing to compel production of the original identification papers for Obama in light of all the evidence of forgery in the alleged copies.

As I stated previously this country became a regime, not any better than the former Soviet Union. In the Soviet Union not one judge would dare to conduct a trial dealing with fraud and forgery  committed by the communist leader or in conjunction with the IDs of the communist leader.

I will see in the near future, if there will be support from the GOP or major donors. Without the support I might need to withdraw my cases and seek dismissal without prejudice. I’ve done more than most people to seek justice and uphold the  system of justice in this country. I will decide in the near future if I will proceed with the remaining challenges. I appreciate the support and encouragement from all of you. My supporters gave me the strength to go on while I was viciously attacked, however without support from the GOP and major donors and without one single honest judge willing to hear the case on the merits, I do not know if I can continue much longer.

    Orly, your work has not been in vain. You have probably been the number one person who has fought and promoted the cause of the fraud in this country at the highest level. The election just happened within the last 24 hours and it remains to be seen if something will change and if it does it will happen in the next few months or else America has gone the way of Europe. We have not hit the very bottom yet and that is what it may take to ever change this corruption. When the people are crying for food and gas and not just because of a hurricane, then they could wake up from their dream. History shows that a deeper progression of socialism for any country will only lead to massive poverty.
    God, remember us.

    I wish I could say you were wrong, but I think this decision shows your wisdom and discernment. No one has fought as hard, or has sacrificed as much as you. I honestly think it might be time to lay low and preserve your health, safety and resources. The corruption is so deep and widespread. When truth no longer matters, then there are no more weapons in the arsenal of justice.

    Please know, Orly, that your courage and perseverance has been a huge inspiration to many. Speaking for myself, there were times that just hearing you speak truth in interviews, the court or hearing, was a great consolation.

    You will always be a heroine, even if you retreat and wait for a better time, if ever, to strike.

    For now, I think all of us have to get used to the idea that the Republic is gone and a foreign dictator rules over our once sovereign land.

    Be safe! Godspeed.

    I was reading some quotes this morning and THIS ONE sticks out the most:

    Right is right and wrong is wrong! All of us that have wanted something better for our lives and loved ones, have worked towards those goals. Orly, this is not the time to
    fold up the deck of cards and leave the game.
    That is what they hope you do. Trust us, they

    Call your Congressman and Senator and tell them to file a written objection with the Joint Session of Congress when it convenes in January citing the investigation of Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Congress must investigate and debate every objection and CANNOT, I repeat CANNOT ignore such an objection.

    Orly,

    Why not set up a sort of payroll deduction plan through PayPal or ClickBank etc, to have those employees who are soon to be displaced from work due to obamacare’s business costs, and those employers facing the loss of business and laying off of employees, and the millions of individuals facing the now legal sanctions for not having insurance?

    Thousands of obama sufferers contributing only one dollar per week by way of automatic contribution would fund a large legal effort.

    Orly, I hope you continue, but also build a media presence, working with somebody to have an internet TV/radio presence and start a newsletter to become a newspaper. You and other immigrants know what is going on. You have a way of showing things better than most. Romney did incredibly well with no media support and misinformation given voters and voting fraud. Obama’s group probably rigged the votes in the key electoral states. Maybe you could campaign in those states and build a Coalition of Truth, bringing together the fractioned groups. I was so disappointed the church is worshiping tax dollars and will not talk from the pulpit in fear of “losing tax status” so they have sold out for the dollar. Millions of babies are being killed on the altars of abortion, and churches are silent, worshiping their tax dollars. They have bulletins which could have easily spread Truth. Build up you “media empire” and challenge “oprah” on her own turf. You have the personality and captivating presence to do it. God bless you for your efforts. I hope you stay involved and build your networks. We need a “double accounting system” of voting, that alone will secure a safe vote. Two parallel voting methods that must end up with same results, just like secure bank accounting. This will stop errors and disappearing votes or 100 votes from Mickey mouse. You have not failed. Look at how many states went for Romney. It just means focusing on the electoral vote states and educating people on what is going on. God bless you always. You did not lose. You did not fail. You have inspired millions.

    Just as I predicted the Nazis Romney allowed around him gave him bad information on how to win an election. He has to come back in 2016 with pure Americans around him. We are such. It is better to have Obomba around to kick down the street. Romney thought he could ignore the birth issue, Obama a fake Black, 9/11, the Iraq war mass murder, the destruction of the Gulf and America. Millions didn’t vote. It is better that Romney learned the hard way not to trust Nazis. Google BidenAnotherNaziVP1 for an understanding of what happened to America. This is our country. You can’t win if you give up.

    Orly – Obama is a criminal and usurper. It is plain now that all three branches of government – and the press – are filled with cowards, stooges and brown shirts who have no moral compass. It comes the the point that I wonder if this is a country that it worth saving any longer. But half of the nation voted for Romney yesterday. That says we are not lost yet. I stand with them. You are a hero. I am sending you $200 as soon as I hit the period at the end of this sentence.

    I also hope you write a book, make millions, and bring the Truth to a wide reading audience. Selling both as a hardcover, and making it available as a free download would cause an avalanche. Then hiring the gentleman who made “2016” to make a movie of the fraud behind Obama, the fraud in the courts, and your life, background and efforts…that would be a real earth-mover too.

    The U.S. Election is a Referendum on Civilization

    By Daren Jonescu

    That the election of November 6, 2012, has the potential to be a definitive moment in American history is now almost a truism. This conception may sound overblown to the ignorant and disengaged, but in fact it is a great understatement. As America is the only nation left in which freedom is still on the ballot, this definitive U.S. election means even more, in truth, than most voters may realize. It is a referendum on the survival of modern civilization.
    A recent blog post at the Weekly Standard displays the results of a BBC election poll taken in various countries around the world. The results demonstrate that if the rest of the world were allowed to vote, Barack Obama would win in a Saddam-like landslide.
    Throughout what is left of the civilized world, Obama’s superiority to Mitt Romney, and in general Democrats’ superiority to Republicans, is the default assumption, regarded as beyond question. One who objects to that opinion has a lot of explaining to do. And one who dares to admit thinking the United States of America a very agreeable proposition is regarded as either an infidel or a dope.
    These two presuppositions — that the Democrats are the good guys, and that America is essentially a bad thing — should always be understood as a pair. Together, they reveal exactly what the modern Democratic Party and the American media have spent decades trying to hide from their fellow citizens — namely, that to prefer the Democrats is to dislike America.
    That international landslide of support for Obama is a clue to what this U.S. election represents to that minority of us among foreigners who understand what anti-Americanism really means. Other nations have their advantages — Korea’s low tax rates have helped her to grow from third-world to top-tier economy in little more than a generation; Canada’s banking system weathered the 2008 recession better than America’s — but there is only one nation in which individual freedom is regarded not as a “system” or a “policy,” but as a pre-political principle, a true foundation. If you share this principle, then America is, at present, your only practical hope for the future of mankind.
    But what is “America” to such a foreigner? The classic comprehensive answer to that question is Alexis de Tocqueville’s Democracy in America. The worthiest recent attempt at an answer is probably Mark Steyn’s After America. Tocqueville surveyed the American scene during the flawed, faltering glory of the nation’s rise. Steyn’s analysis, by contrast, is a (barely) premature autopsy.
    What these two books, and other contributions to the tradition Tocqueville began, have in common is their shared theme: freedom.
    Great nations cannot be understood independently of the defining spiritual impulse that creates and propels them. Any worthwhile analysis of ancient Greek civilization, for example, must contribute to our understanding of the central theme of Greece: the flowering of the human soul. The long history of the Greek world, seen from the outside, embodies the process whereby humanity came into its own. At last, representation became art — man’s attempt to understand his relationship to the divine, to other men, and to himself; and knowledge evolved from an acceptance of ancient rules and customs into a submission of nature’s and man’s rules to the rigors of rational inquiry.
    Comparable themes will be found in the examination of any of history’s great nations. An outsider, either historically or geopolitically, can sometimes perceive the arc of a nation’s grand theme — and the risks that endanger the development of the theme — more easily than men presently traveling that arc. Thus, the foreigner’s perspective on the nation’s problems is sometimes more “global” — not in Obama’s sense of reducing a great nation to just another tick on the U.N. roster, but rather in the sense of seeing what the world stands to lose should this nation fall.
    In America’s case, once again, the theme is freedom — the purposeful application of the notion of the inviolability of the individual to the establishment of a civil society.
    The foreigner’s perspective on this is peculiar — privileged precisely as it is deficient. Citizens are positioned to see more clearly the “small war,” the growth pains inherent in the development — and the death pangs inherent in the downfall — of their society. An outsider, if he is thoughtful, open, and respectful of his subject, can sometimes catch sight of a crystal that perhaps is seen more easily from beyond. (This is not to say that serious citizens cannot make the intellectual leap to that bird’s-eye view, too. The enormous popularity of Mark Levin’s Liberty and Tyranny is a testament to that.)
    But in the case of America, the outsider (or new arrival) has another practical advantage — namely, an insight into the subtleties of decayed or extinguished liberty which may be overlooked by those still at an earlier stage of decline. Tocqueville, a Frenchman, saw firsthand how a revolution in the name of liberty and equality can produce an outcome far murkier than the promise implied in its noblest declarations. Thus, even in the obscurest minutiae of his travelogue of the American spirit, one senses the deep, satisfied inhalations of a man finding the fresh air he had spent his young life seeking without avail at home.
    Regarding today’s America, the foreigner has lived and can warn of the practical manifestations of Tocqueville’s chillingly accurate speculation about how a constitutional republic might give way to tyranny — to what Tocqueville famously calls “soft despotism.”
    It is no accident, for example, that Steyn, a Canadian, has been perhaps the strongest, most relentless voice over these past few years on the dangers of ObamaCare. I, too, have returned to health care again and again. To have lived in a socialized medical system is to have witnessed the heart of the stealthy darkness Tocqueville foresaw. Socialized medicine is the demise of individual liberty in the guise of “equal access,” a gluttonous economic shark masked as “affordability,” and a final denial of the dignity of all human life, euphemized as “universal care.”
    Government health care is a perfect microcosm of what real oppression will look like on a daily basis, an important and constantly needed reminder for people still hoping to preserve the idea of freedom in their own country. Those whose air has at least been perfumed with the (dissipating) vapors of genuine liberty all their lives can easily regard oppression as more foreign and strange than it really is. The natural tendency among citizens of “the land of the free” to identify tyranny primarily with the nightmare world of Kristallnacht or the Ukrainian forced famine has facilitated the efforts of freedom’s enemies to push America onto its current collision course with the more quotidian brutalities of “soft” oppression.
    Inhumanity always seems more distant from us than it really is, which is why a still-humane nation can be caught so flat-footed by its arrival, as America was by the rise of a mellifluous-toned, well-dressed son of communist revolutionaries and their fellow-travelers in the global caliphate movement.
    The lesson Americans most need to digest, and that many have had to learn the hard way, is one made plain and practical in the debate over government-run health care. As we who have lived it can attest, modern socialist oppression does not bring the secret police to your door. The old folks will not be rounded up. Rather, the tax collectors and regulators are at your door — all the time, intractably, until their omnipresence in your payslips and personal decisions feels so normal that you no longer question the loss of property rights and self-determination, and would even suspect or hate the man who would propose to remove that smothering security blanket.
    As for the old folks, they become the subject of a neat and tidy cost-benefit analysis, cared for just as long as budgetary considerations permit, while their families are provided with a clean, guilt-free break from one of family life’s chief raisons d’être and responsibilities, in the form of “palliative care” — i.e., the death panel’s debt collector. (I explain this here.)
    As Tocqueville predicted to grim perfection, modern man will not easily submit to a yoke under the threat of harm, but he will do so all too easily under the promise of a life without anxiety or inconvenience.
    Liberty is too great a good to be relinquished knowingly. Americans will always be prepared to defend against direct threats to their freedom. But through its great gifts of material prosperity, peaceful coexistence, and the near-universalization of the luxury of leisure — in the Aristotelian sense of the practical opportunity to pursue happiness — liberty tends to promote a character of optimism and good faith that leaves a free people prey to those who, frustrated with the limits of self-development, seek to realize their wills through coercion.
    Old-style violent uprisings would never work in a free nation. Modern enemies of freedom have had to devise more cunning means to their ends. (Witness Bill Ayers.) And so they have: producing a morally and intellectually corrupting lexicon that bears a superficial resemblance to the language of freedom (progress, individuality, positive “rights”); instituting vast property-annihilating programs in the name of creating “opportunity” and “justice”; and tarting up the class warfare methods of the Bolsheviks with the soothing vocabulary of “the middle class,” thus slowly enticing liberty down the white-picket-fenced path to death by regulatory bureaucracy.
    This last point is the vital warning from America’s foreign friends, from Tocqueville to the present. Yes, defeating Barack Obama is necessary; he and his backers are the most highly-placed “enemy within” that America has ever faced. On the other hand, the climate that made Obama possible was more than a momentary case of white guilt, media complicity, Bush-fatigue, or Muslim Brotherhood subterfuge. A very substantial percentage of Americans have been tranquilized by the soporific spell of “left vs. right” party politics, which induces a belief in the legitimacy of all views that do not directly deny your right to vote, as though freedom were reducible to the maintenance of periodic elections. (Every nation has periodic elections.)
    Why did supposed conservatives, such as David Brooks and Peggy Noonan, support Barack Obama in 2008? Brooks’ famous rumination on Obama’s well-creased pant leg speaks volumes. For Brooks, seeming “presidential” was enough. Being presidential, in the American sense of that term — preserving the Constitution, espousing the principle of limited government, and believing that the defense of America as a land of liberty is his defining role — is no longer even part of the equation for Brooks, for his readers, or, apparently, for tens of millions of Americans on “both sides of the aisle.”
    Treating leftist authoritarianism as one side of the nation’s healthy political debate is by definition a violation of the American founding. Socialism cannot be put into practice to any degree without violating the Declaration’s primary rights and the Constitution’s delineations of the role of government. By allowing leftist policy to metastasize through all branches of the federal government for generations, a large portion of the population — including, sadly, many who see themselves as conservatives — have unwittingly forsaken most of what America, as a philosophical idea, stands for.
    The leftist regulatory apparatus is already woven so thoroughly into American life — redefining and delimiting America beyond the reach of the Founding Fathers, let alone of any elected official — that the sturdiest, most clear-eyed Americans of this moment have come to see the election of a new president as merely one small victory in what must be a long, almost unwinnable war. Their perception is accurate.
    The idea which we now call “individualism” was not born in America. Nor was the goal of political liberty. Nevertheless, these two principles have died in every other country on Earth. There is no other nation in which these grand ideas have remained an essential part of either the political system or the moral code. It may be difficult for an American to see what this means to those of us abroad who share these ideas.
    It means this: America is the last practical refuge of our hopes. In every other nation, to advocate for individual liberty, to plead for property rights, or to speak out against socialism’s inherent violation of the foundations of civilization is increasingly to brand oneself an unenlightened crank at best, and perhaps a sociopath. If American society completes its slow shift into that same perspective, then we are all doomed. If the American majority finally comes to absorb the view, already accepted as policy by the Department of Homeland Security, that “reverence of individual liberty” and “suspicion of centralized federal authority” are indicators of an antisocial threat, then there will literally be nowhere left on Earth where one is allowed to love freedom without ostracism, or worse. There will be nowhere left on Earth where Jefferson, Madison, or Washington may speak or be spoken of without ridicule.
    Thoughtful non-Americans know from experience and reasoning that livable conditions in their own nations will be sustained, if at all, only as long as America refrains from following the West’s oppressive path to regulatory oblivion and resists late modernity’s craving for the false comforts of “soft despotism.” Those comforts are false on two levels: first, they are gained by means of a gun aimed at you and everyone else; second, they will be short-lived. The last gasp of freedom means the loss of all the goods that only freedom can provide — prosperity, peace, leisure.
    A man is hanging from a cliff, with only his fingers still gripping solid rock. The prevailing impetus is all downward, but the man continues to dangle in one place as long as that grip holds out. If he lets go, however, his fall will be short and decisive.
    Modern civilization is that man. America is his final, desperate grip. On November 6, 2012, that man will either be left alone to continue his brave, heartbreaking struggle for another day, or a boot will come down on his fingers.
    I described America’s prospect as an “almost unwinnable war.” Dire as this may sound, there is actually something liberating in that little word, “almost.” The Tea Party is a testament to that feeling of liberation. Near-defeat brings priorities into focus. It sweeps away the smoke of the inessential, so that the path to the primary goal becomes clear.
    The first, nearly completed, step is to prevent that “almost” from becoming an “absolutely.”

    We will understand and support you, Orly, if you decide to withdraw. No one has worked harder than you.

    We know that some people think you are fanatical. We prefer to think you are formidable.

    It is no surprise that so many judges refused to view the essential case on its merits. They preferred to hang their hat on issues of standing, rules of evidence, and questions of relevance. So what. The basic case was made.

    The real surprise is this: how many people betrayed you. As so many of your supporters have pointed out, your heart was too good to them.

    Time and again you shouted in their favor when, at the beginning, they stood with you. Then, soon enough, the betrayals began. They refused to be seen with you. They refused to testify in court. Under oath. They ran away from you like meek mink.

    We refer, of course, to those false friends Sheriff Arpaio, and Zullo, Berg, Kreep, Corsi, Unruh, WND, Lincoln, Beck, and above all Donald Trump.

    Even today, Trump could send YOU the $5 million he knew he would never have to spend otherwise.

    But even today he refuses. What a scoundrel. What a phony. What a loser. Has he ever even phoned to thank you?

    Take some time off, Orly. Recharge. Renew. Get back to both of your professional practices. You have earned your place in the history books.

    Four years from now, we will know what we have to do.

    Oly, you brought the truth to the American people. Knowing full well the fraud, many chose to vote for him NOT because they believe in him, but because they hpoe to get the free hand outs, stilmulus checks from tax “returns” even though they paid no taxes. They voted for him because they liked his color, and they are racist and only care to see a black man as president…too bad obama isn’t worthy, they just voted for his color.
    What a shame for America…and a set-back for all the good, worthy black people who did do great things for history..obama is a smack in the face to them.
    They voted for him because they are law-breakers who want a free pass and a free ride on our system…I know and am related to many honest, legal imigrants from multiple countries, and have hosted several exchange students, all who strived to comply with the law, and who are all disgusted with free passes for law breaking illegal aliens
    The rest who voted for obama are dead dogs, dead goldfish, and long dead people… all registered to vote democrat, and computer hackers hired by obama to rig the election for him.
    Is this what black people really want history to think of their (lack) of values? Its patheic.
    So that’s what supports obama, law breakers, racists, leaches on society, and dead dogs…way to go America!!!

    Dr Taitz, I am shocked and stunned to see you announce that you plan to stop your pursuit of the truth. Why just stop now? There is plenty to fight for, and you have been unstoppable, and now that once again we have Obama as President, you tell us you have lost the will to continue. What has happened to Orly Taitz who fights for America? Your fight has cost you money, not to mention the many donations from your many supporters who seek to have this whole matter before a court, and you are so close to making the biggest noise in MS that will echo from coast to coast. The true measure of an American is the need to fight for the truth, and fighting until the job is done. We need you Dr Taitz, and we need you to follow through for all those who know the truth. Do not let us down. Draw strength from those who support you, let those who are all talk see what true action brings and go fight in those courtrooms and let them hear your voice. Do not let us down. Do not let them see weakness by running away when the battle is almost won. It is almost the time when someone will pay for the last four years. Keep on fighting, Dr Taitz. But now I feel that we need to press on because, if we don’t, our country will be lost. If you decide to continue, I will continue to support you with prayers and donations. If you decide to quit, I think we all understand. God bless you for trying so hard.

    Antoinette, as in Marie Antoinette?

    Won’t your ‘descendants’ ever learn,
    Marie, that there is more to life
    than the cake (Muslimism, in this
    century) that you declared as
    sustenance for the Revolutionaries?

    Remember the Bastille?
    Remember the guillotine?

    Eventually, and it may take a
    bit of time, what goes around,
    comes around.

    It is now in the Creator’s Hands.

    November 7th, 2012 @ 12:25 pm

    Dear Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.,

    I believe what you have done, encountered and sacrificed these past four years makes you the Number One Patriot in the United States of American this Millennium.

    I understand, you must do what’s best for you and your family.

    At this moment in time you are the best, and maybe the only hope we have going to restore America to it’s Former Greatest.

    I really and truly want you to do what’s best for you and your family, but my selfish side wants you to keep going.

    What I can’t understand why the ones who were in favor of what you were attempting to do, who are financially well endowed didn’t provide you with all the financing you need and needed.

    You should have never been put in a position where it was a financial drain/burden on you and your family.

    The ones that could of help you financially and didn’t, should be ashamed of themselves. In the long run they stand to lose the most if America isn’t turned around in the right direction.

    Do you think that the President should be overthrown and shot? What about his wife and children? Are you advocating for the harm of the President?

    Do you think he should be killed?
    Why did you call the President a black liar?
    Have you ever called the President any other derogatory names?

    I think you need to clear this up since some of your supporters have said/suggested some of the same things . . .

    IN this post alone: “The rest who voted for obama are dead dogs, dead goldfish, and long dead people… all registered to vote democrat, and computer hackers hired by obama to rig the election for him.”

    Dr. Taitz

    YOur efforts were not in vain. Your blog has educated us about what is really going on in the US. And there is a dearth of honest judges. I don’t understand how ISSa and others have not called on Obama to prove that he is elligible to run. We also know about the voter fraud that is pervasive in this country. So this means that Obama can opt for a third term – perhaps by executive order – and go unchallenged. Somewhere along the line there has to be justice. Unfortunately there is alot of ignorance in this country about what is truly going on. The press has become a mouthpiece for Obama. So to gain support that is a major quest. Surely there are people in the DOJ who want to preserve the Constitution. I just read about Scalia’s comments in regards to the Constitution and he wants it preserved. It is a battle that he would gladly fight for.
    Dr. Taitz, I don’t know if there is anyone out there who would fight the legal fight like you have. We need you. I hope that you can continue to do this. I also know that Mark Levin is a constitutional lawyer – perhaps he might help you. He has a radio show and he is influential.
    Please hang in there….

    Orly, thank you for all the work you have done all these past few years. You are a true patriot and fighter. I am sad that the corruption of our government and judges in this country has caused no success in getting the usurper removed from office or at least from the last ballot. What a sham. The whole thing saddens me. I guess you really can’t vote out a tyrannical dictator. They find ways of fraudulently taking office. The next four years are pretty scary. I wish congress would do their job and at least impeach obama for Benghazi cover up. It was so obvious. Obama is a criminal.

    “Do you think that the President should be overthrown and shot?”

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    First of all, he is not an authentic,
    vetted, eligible- by- our Constitution
    “PRESIDENT”…. got that yet?????
    Secondly, in yesteryear, traitors were
    not given the velvet glove treatment.
    Nor are they given the plush cells of
    a prison in any third world country
    you can name.
    This United States of America is now a
    third world country, to all intents
    and purposes. When Muslims and Marxists
    and Tyrants take over a government,
    when justice has become corrupt,
    and when there is no law of the land,
    a country is no longer a Republic.
    Therefore, since the country in question is no longer a Republic, but has become, (due to the lack of judiciary action from the courts, the judges, the Congress, the SCOTUS, the Senate and the House of Representatives), a third world country, it follows that traitors should be dealt with accordingly. Right?
    A traitor could be a presidential usurper, it could be an embezzler of government funds, it could be someone who has watched as men die in a foreign country and issues the order to
    ‘stand down’ or it could be issuing orders to our military to not use their weapons when faced with the enemy.. instead.. run and HIDE; it could be giving away millions of taxpayer dollars to the ENEMIES,
    to arm them with weapons, to rebuild their
    villages, so that they can rise and fight again.
    Does that answer your question?
    > Q. What rules are there respecting the publishing of truth? > A. When we are called upon to testify in courts, we should speak the whole truth, and that without disguise. To leave out small circumstances, or to give a coloring to others, with a view to favor one side more that the other, is to the highest degree criminal. > NOAH WEBSTER, ESQUIRE. 1824. > Judges and Congress have refused the honest testimony and proved evidence brought forward by “We the People”, therefore those stiff-necked tyrants have intentionally failed their oaths of office and thumbed their noses at us. Cowardice and ignorance have now become the trademarks of “We the People”. Should I hear one more deluded coward speak the words “We only need to pray and everything will be just fine”, rather than “Let us take swift and strong action to correct this matter!”, I shall take direct action against the speaker of the former. The Founding Fathers also prayed, but not one of those men was so foolhardy as to believe that G_d alone would do their work, feed them, or fight a war for them while they did nothing more than sit around and pray! What major shock shall it take to awaken and energize the vast majority of Americans so they will finally comprehend reality, get off their oversize behinds, and institute positive physical action?!     You are an American hero and have led the fight against the corrupt communist usurper, God Bless you! I believe it is now time to back away from the courts since the obama commies now have complete control. If you would happen to find a reasonable judge, soetoro holder and the IRS would clamp down immediately. Plan B could now include your Patriot blog, supporting other actions against the usurper, appearances in Washington D.C. to speak with congresspersons, and to appear at the “watergate” type hearings that will arrive soon.     Target the electoral states who went for Obama, and travel and give talks there. Video your talks and post them on You Tube. Contact high schools, libraries, churches, universities, any public forum you can, and give talks on Obama fraud and court fraud. Keep educating, and post all talks to You Tube. Focus on major states that went for Obama. Invite the state/US congressmen for a debate on the issues so that the public can see who they voted for. Draw them out to public forums. Just some ideas. Not sure how good. Give talks in Arizona and draw Arpaio and Zullo out, to answer to the public.
    Unfortunately our entire Congress will do nothing about Obama. I have contacted my congress person several times and she replied we have an election every 4 years and it’s up to the people to decide who is president. Those are her words.
    Only solution to our criminal government is not having elections but start having trials of these elected people. They committed crimes and we are the victims. Just ask the dead Americans who were killed along our southern border if they are victims or not of Obama..
    Americans get killed as long as Obama remains in the White House.
So I really wish they would get rid of the electoral vote I dont care who wins and I know I am not the only one We are going to be in Hell the next 4 years unless someone will get the guts and do something but thank Orly for all that you have done and if you can maybe you can still help
    Congressman Alan West lost his election and is now fighting through the judicial system for the votes to be recounted, as they did for Al Franken and the Democrats in WI protesting Republican Governor Walker’s election. The MSM states the judge is not going to allow him to proceed with his attempt to prove voter fraud.
    Apparently, he is now learning what Orly has gone through in the courts for years. ‘How does it feel, Congressman,’ is what I would like to say, as well as several of my dearest friends who, as I, have tried repeatedly week after week sending cards and letters to ask him to help? Did he? NO, he did not, he ignored our unfailing appeals. Others who have petitioned to him to help, as well on the fraudulent SSN, however he ignored them without even a cordial response.
    This event in his life may be a turning point for him to see how the corruption is so dense and the way this administration works, so possibly he will regret not helping Orly and those who are insisting that Obama is a fraud, a thief, and a liar. He had his chance and he ignored all of us, even though he states he cares about God and Country you have to show through action to convince me when it comes to a political seat. Was it about God and Country or having your face in front of a camera, Sir?
    Now I say, join with us, Alan West, and help if you are truly concerned about this country then you will. It is up to you to prove what you say; who you are, not a political self serving narcissist, but a veteran who has the two things you say matter to you most that you will serve; God and Country…SHOW US!
    obots are either in a coma or brain-dead, plain and simple.
    Tried to explain to an obot how in one county alone in Ohio, obama alone got over 10,000 more votes than there are registered voters. Since it was a close race, when you count Romney’s votes, Romney must have gotten about 100,000 votes.
    That means twice as many votes were cast than there are even registered voters…over 100,000 more votes were cast altogether than there are registered voters, in just one of Ohio’s many counties.
    obot’s response, if the republicans had someone else run, then those fradulent votes from non-existant people, would not have gone to obama….
    …..Bull Crap!
    You have to be registered to vote. Thus 100,000 “votes” mysteriously appeared out of thin air.
    what part of “rigged election” don’t they understand? obots are incapable of sound judgement because they are either in a coma or simpley brain-dead.
