A number of people are urging Trump to issue an emergency order and enforce the immigration ban. I believe, it is the last resort. For now, all Trump’s attorneys need to do is drag their feet until Gorsuch is confirmed. Judiciary committee hearing is scheduled on March 20th. Gorsuch is expected to be confirmed there by the GOP majority. Everyone should call and write to Mitch McConnell and demand that he schedule the full senate hearing right after that. McConnell said that he expect Gorsuch to be seated on the Supreme Court by April. GOP does not need 60 votes. They can confirm him with 52, just as Clarence Thomas. So, all government attorneys need to do, is drag their feet for 2 weeks at the most. They need to file a motion for reconsiderationin Hawaii. They have 10 days to do so. Then they go to the 9th Circuit. It will take a week or two there. Then they go to the Supreme Court. By the time the order of this Obama appointee HI judge reaches the Supreme Court, Gorsuch will be there and the immigration ban is expected to be upheld and the TRO by the HI Judge reversed on a 5/4 vote.
If the ban is not upheld at the Supreme Court, Trump can turn the Andrew Jackson card into the Trump card, pronounce a National emergency and continue with the ban in spite of the STAY (or TRO) .

I phoned the Tiburon, Ca. Police Dept to obtain the name of the man who assaulted Dr. Michael Savage at the restaurant the other night. I was told that they refuse to release the attackers name. This is public record. The only instances where names are withheld are sexual assault victims. So, obviously now these liberal Police Depts are refusing to disclose the names of assailants who commit a politically motivated attack on a Conservative.

I agree with Orly about how to handle this, but I am not as confident. This is just the kind of thing where Kennedy could betray his “conservatism.” And ever since he rammed Obamacare down our throats, I have had my doubts about Roberts. He may be in Soros’ pocket.

First and foremost there is no mention of muslims in the ban. All citizens of the countries listed are affected equally. Muslims subscribe to an ideology that is political and its mantra is convert or die. Check out the definition and review paragraph 9.5. All muslims subscribe to this and it among other things is contrary to our constitution.
In court cases where the defendant feels the judge is biased can ask for removal of the presiding judge.
Next, file a motion for a frivolous lawsuit as there is no basis for the case.
Next, they have no standing as the harm they claim is small in comparison to what US citizens endure as they are using our money to pay for the cost of bring them in and housing them with benefits which could easily exceed 50000 dollars.
Stop all immigration as we have too many people in our country already. For some people it takes two hours to go to and from work.
On illegal immigration it cost each family 1110 dollars per year. The federal government cost is 130 billion per year. 26 billion is also sent back to Mexico each year in remittances. The illegals are stealing from and monetarily wise raping the American people.
For some illegals this has been going on for 5, 10, 20, and 30 or more years. Each child they have cost 12,300 dollars per year for education.
They are thieves in the strictest sense.
Even legal immigration is a problem as 47% of them remain on welfare forever. In the early days immigrants were sponsored by families and did not live off the taxpayer. And in those days the government needed people to settle the west. Today it is a scam. You can thank Ted Kennedy for the current immigration. It was all about getting votes and gett9ing in power.
For the sake of our country and the American people stop all immigration period.

Until Gorsuch is confirmed, Trump could keep trolling the courts. All he has to do is revoke the EO’s after the court shoots them down. Then re-release a new EO with the same content, but just add a couple of extra words so that it is “different”. Rinse and repeat…

I am still just at a loss to grasp why in the world Trump feels the need to abide by these lower state court judges, or any federal judge short of the supreme court (whom we know are all venal traitors to our Constitution also). Trump has all authority to implement immigration bans as deemed necessary. There is just something suspicious about his not ignoring these invalid lower court judges who truly have no jurisdiction in this matter.
