42 USC § 18115 – Freedom not to participate in Federal health insurance programs
No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendments), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs.

This must be what can get us out of that horrible Individual Mandate. I have searched EVERYWHERE to find some sort of loophole so I won’t be fined. Thank you for finding this.
Is it also true that the law originated in one section of Congress and not the correct section, so the entire law is not valid?

Here is the link to a form we can print off. I will try and get an exemption from the state of Connecticut. I am sick in my heart and guts over facing a fine for refusing to purchase something I have NEVER used.
