I am trying to find out the result of yesterday’s hearing in HI

a local HI attorney argued yesterday against the state’s motion to dismiss a complaint to obtain the long form birth certificate for Virginia Sunahara, a girl that passed away a day after being born, we suspect that Obama’s number came from her BC.
I noticed that there were the same actors in my hearings to get Obama’s BC and in this hearing; same judge Rhonda Nishimura and the same Deputy attorney General Jill Nagamine, who just happens to be married to an attorney for Obama’s family.
I did not hear any news, so my guess, that the case was dismissed, as all the other cases, but I wanted to verify this. I someone has this info, please, let me know.

Dismissal granted. The DoH can specify the form of the certificates it issues. “Or” means one or the other, as determined by DoH regulations.
Dismissal by way of summary judgment, so it’s a decision on the merits.

Read on another site that the defendant was given a summary judgement….thats hearsay

Judge dismissed…no reason or explanation given. The matter needs to be looked into by Sheriff Joe’s cold case posse as it directly relates to the matter of the long form forgery they are investigating.

I called the clerks office at Judge Nishimuras’ court and left messages for a return call at (808) 539-4012 several times with no call back.

Isn’t there a single relative of Virginia Sunahara who could request a copy of the long form BC ?
I would think they would be upset that Obama is using the deceased’s BC number for fraudulent purposes. Can’t imagine why they would not request a copy and an offer of $1000 would probably help in making that decision.

I called Senator Sam Slom out in Hawaii. He is the only Conservative left in the State. No pun intended, he is literally on an island all by himself. His office would like to know about the case as well. They have seen nothing on TV, heard nothing on the Radio or read anything in the Newspaper about it. Does that surprise anyone? This is a key piece of the puzzle in exposing the fraudulent BC.

BREAKING! SUNAHARA V. HDOH DISMISSED
I just received this message by email from Gerald Kurashima:
I just got out of the hearing. Unfortunately, the Judge ruled in favor of the State and effectively dismissed the Complaint.
The Judge treated this as a motion for summary judgment because the Judge considered matters outside the pleadings. However, the Judge did not give any reason or explanation for the ruling but just granted it in favor of the State.

Yes, I support (Your) President Obama.
And – because of my time-zone – I know much earlier what happens in Hawaii than continental US. Sometimes, when things seem to go wrong, I can even influence them a little.
So, when you wake up, everything has been fixed.

The State of Hawaii will write the order. The judge will just sign it, as ususal.

Why would the Judge not allow the babies brother to have access to his sisters’ birth records? Obvious reasons. Soebarkah used her BC to forge his own fraud. That simple.
