The RINO Ryan needs to go. It was so easy to get rid of this thing and yet they failed whether it’s repealed or not. The only thing they had to do was repealed 99% of it and then keep the, “can’t deny you insurance for preexisting conditions” and pass a bill allowing the purchase of insurance across state lines. That’s it. Why they have to keep using our tax payer money to support those who don’t put a penny in the system? Under Killary’s department of state 6 billion gone and no one knows where they went, except Al Qaeda and ISIS, and now there were news that the pentagon also lost billions and they don’t know where they went either, and no one complained or feel outrage, yet, they are always complaining they don’t have the money for social security?

It is not easy to get rid of Obamacare and it required a lot of preparation which was not done because of the failed leadership. John Boehner had predicted that it would not be repealed.

Stop blaming the GOP for what democrats are doing. The GOP has no control over anything. The other side does not obey the law and keeps putting deficit spending entitlements on the table. In my humble opinion it will take more time to Peacefully settle the argument. Trump needs support not criticism. He seems to be the only one with their head on straight.

Each and everyone of these CROOKS, is looking how They can make Money off of This Worthless Legislation… BEFORE Obama messed with Everyones Healthcare, The Insurance Companies Gave People The CHOICE… Give it Back, ADD Pre-Existing, and for those with No Healthcare, Make ALL Insurance Companies Create A Pool, That Covers Those People.

Rich, no one is blaming Trump and you can’t put this on the democraps. We own the Senate the Purse and the WH and you are telling me is the democraps fault? Like I said before, the RINOS are in bed with the democraps to make Trump’s life miserable and he needs to start naming names for both sides who are stopping progress. We didn’t have the Feds involved in healthcare before and it was working just fine despite those who are saying different and I repeat myself again, all we had to do was keep the “can’t be denied because of preexisting conditions and open the borders between states for insurance companies to do business and let competition do the rest. We don’t need the STINKING Feds involved in our business. This is just another ploy by the elitist to keep us under their foot. Dammit I’m a Free Man and refuse to give my freedom and my God given rights to these garbage in D.C.!

I’ll bet somewhere in the finalized healthcare bill (in whatever form that takes) will have biometric requirements (chips under the skins) or some other form of biometrics. Will be used to control costs, fraud, and solve identity issues. We will more than likely see this come to fruition. Many insurance companies have pushed for this before.

Trump won the White House on Repeal & Replace via a free market system again. As Taino21 stated, all they had to do was allow the purchase of plans across state lines. Let the charities help the indigent. I donate to one every year. Thats what they’re there for.

Your anger about GOP is justified, but too late (and must follow not only from their sabotage to completely repeal Obamacare).

I doubt that with “We the cripple” (as we are now) any bloodbath ever happens. It ought to happen the first day a couple of years ago when working people were forced to pay over $1200 a month (!) for the silver package of medical insurance…

Specifically to Rich (#4) reminder time and again: GOP is a criminal party guilty in the triple 2008/2012/2016 coup. That was a huge mistake and act of capitulation by Trump who failed to dismiss and prosecute GOP and all parties for treason! To expose and dismiss criminal parties is a first thing to do (and this does not violate the Constitution). Instead, Trump cowardly chose to leave the party intact and to “work” with it. He eats what he had sown (and America remains unrepentant and cursed).

Deficit spending entitlements put on the table by democrats and a lawless democratic party who are using corrupt judges have control of both houses of congress. If the democrats thought something conservative had a chance to pass they would not allow a vote. They would stop the process. How do you tell Ryan to overcome that?

  15. Rich
    March 24th, 2017 @ 11:44 am

The democrats will find a judge to stop anything the GOP does no matter what. The GOP has no choice and no doubt is part of the problem but we are only blaming one side and that is an even bigger problem. It justifies the corruption for those locked into the entitlement mandates.Trump will overcome all this because he is reasonable and his opposition is not.

Wow! The problem is not Trump. He already declared what he wanted to do with the health insanity he was given.

The problem seems to be with the rinos in Congress…and they still think that the nwo is going to punish them if they don’t wear their collars every day?!

To pass the new “deal,” will help Trump get to not only other areas to fix, but it will stop the damned (D)’s to mess with Trump and continue to mess with America!

Too much criticism to lay on Trump, as he just got there! The others have been there long enough to do this right, if they were serious about doing their jobs!

So Orly is right to be ticked off! And everyone else, too, if you take into account who is really responsible for their forked-tongue diatribe!

Every time a (R) goes along with the nwo (D)’s, they give credence to the left and screw up the members in Congress that ARE trying to solve these fixable problems!

So why can’t some (R)’s see this?

this has nothing to do with Dems. House Republicans have shown that they are really full of s–t!!! For 7 years they promised to repeal O-care, they passed bill after bill to repeal it and now, when they have both houses and presidency, they don’t do it. GOP might lose the majority in both houses because of the morons, who are incapable of passing anything.

  20. Alexander Gofen
    March 24th, 2017 @ 2:11 pm

Re #15: Yes, Orly, we have discussed it many times that GOP is a sham, a faction of one party rule, designated as though an “opposition” in order to keep the gate and leave out some steam from the stupid “We the cripple”. We will never achieve anything until we expose and dismiss criminal GOP and other “parties”, and until we repent.

  21. Jerry

There’s still money to be made by the dems and repubs isn’t there?

  24. Rich
    March 24th, 2017 @ 2:55 pm

Nobody is talking about what is in the bill that the “GOP” is against. So it has to be the deficit spending freebies that would continue to bankrupt the whole world. They can’t afford to talk about it or they would be voted out of office as well. No matter who you are you can’t threaten some else’s entitlement without suffering the consequences for it. It is about democrats because they put the deficit spending on the table and they will shut down the process to protect it and continue to destroy themselves and the rest of us at the same time. The democrats play the game and nobody gets it. Obama care has already been repealed. People are now able to buy insurance and employers are hiring because of it. Trump did this the help of the GOP and IN SPITE OF THE DEMOCRATS.

    as Alex wrote:

“That was a huge mistake and act of capitulation by Trump who failed to dismiss and prosecute GOP and all parties for treason! To expose and dismiss criminal parties is a first thing to do (and this does not violate the Constitution)”

So true, thanks, Alex. It seems so evident
to us but somehow it isn’t to those who
have the authority to fix this mess.

  27. Alexander Bagration
    March 24th, 2017 @ 5:44 pm

    #22, Rich:

“Nobody is talking about what is in the bill that the “GOP” is against.”

Senators Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Conservative Caucus members of the House including Repr. Medows and the other 25 members of the Caucus have spoken against the content of the bill. It is not free market health care. It speaks about selling health insurance and insurance companies managing health care.

This type of health care Is a type of Government managing health care with a strong bias to western Medicine. It is bound to grow more expensive as there is no competition among health providers. See more details in my comment to the first Orly’s topic on this web page above this one.

“So it has to be the deficit spending freebies that would continue to bankrupt the whole world.”

You are widely speculating. This is partially true, because Paul Ryan health care bill is Government controlled health care. So the government will be forced to spend more on health care than it earlier saw fit. It will bring further pressures on the dollar. This is not, though, the focus of objections to Paul Ryan bill.

“They can’t afford to talk about it or they would be voted out of office as well.”

True. And nobody talks about this in connection with Paul Ryan bill, except you.

“No matter who you are you can’t threaten some else’s entitlement without suffering the consequences for it.”

Do you have someone in mind specifically who has announced such a threat?

“It is about democrats because they put the deficit spending on the table and they will shut down the process to protect it and continue to destroy themselves and the rest of us at the same time.”

The stalling of the bill is the matter of the contents of the bill. See above. The objections of conservatives to the bill have nothing to do directly with deficit spending. Where are you getting this idea from?

[The democrats play the game and nobody gets it.]

Most people understand deficit spending under Obama Administration and generally as the interest of Democrats, but also of republicans too. This is not why Paul Ryan Bill fails to pass Congress.

Paul Ryan has not enough conservative votes to pass the bill. Even if all democrats vote against Paul Ryan bill, they alone cannot make it fail to pass, unless some conservatives vote with the democrats. This is exactly the situation. There are enough conservatives in the House that do not want Paul Ryan’s bill. Paul Ryan has not enough conservative votes to pass it.

“This is why Obama care has already been repealed.”

The attempts to repeal has been made. It has not been repealed. Deficit spending was not the primary reason for trying to repeal it. The primary reason was to replace ObamaCare with free market health care in order to be able to reduce the health care costs.

“People are now able to buy insurance and employers are hiring because of it.”

Have you been talking about Paul Ryan Health Care bill? Trump has influenced economy to the better. That is why employers are hiring. Not because people are able to buy insurance.

“Trump did this the help of the GOP and IN SPITE OF THE DEMOCRATS.”

This is true. How does this relate to Paul Ryan Health Care bill?

  28. KenArmstrong
    March 24th, 2017 @ 6:08 pm

With all due respect Dr. Taitz:

And a lot is due. The republicans do not have control of the House and Senate. The Deep State has control of the House and Senate. The only thing the Deep State does not have control of is Donald Trump. Ryan is the enemy. McConnell is the enemy. This bill was a scam from the start. If President Trump does not start to kick ass soon we are doomed.

  29. KBB
    March 24th, 2017 @ 7:32 pm

Yes, the GOP elites had 7 years to prepare for this today but they didn’t. They were too busy giving obama the money and support for anything he wanted to do. It’s obvious they sat on their asses all this time, collecting their taxpaid salaries and using lame excuses for not having a good replacement ready to go. Well, their incompetence (reluctance?) to replace is exposed because they clearly have no excuse now.

  30. Alexander Keres
    March 24th, 2017 @ 11:05 pm

Rand Paul stands for free market health care. He offered 4 principles for providing it.
    1. Choose inexpensive insurance free of government dictates.
    2. Save unlimited amounts in a health savings account (HSA) and have wider options for using those funds.
    3. Buy insurance across state lines; and
    4. Join together in voluntary associations to gain the leverage of being part of a large insurance pool.

Take a careful look at #1. Who is definitely going to benefit from it? Insurance
companies. They will sell more insurance (plans). Who else? Lawmakers who would frame it into the US law and mandate for insurance companies control over the market of health care providers and health care consumers. Would consumers of health care benefit? I guarantee that those who want to use Chinese Medicine and avoid Hospitals, surgeries, and drugs would not benefit from this arrangement. They can buy Chinese Medicine services over the entire US and locally. The expense is going to be far lower than any Western Medicine services. There no x-rays. No expensive equipment, no blood tests in most cases. No drugs. No need to buy
insurance. No need to talk to insurance agent. Just choose a skilled health
    provider.

This is the only challenge. A health Insurance company cannot guaranty a skilled health provider, because it is not a function of the healthprovider credentials. Rather, it is a function of the health provider professional experience. This knowledge has to be hunted for by the consumer.

Insurance companies are powerless to provide it. So item #1 is not going to
benefit health conscious consumers. In addition, obligation to buy insurance makes Rand Paul system not a free market system. It is a Socialist system of providing health care by means of insurance companies and the Government.

#2. Can be useful for providing personal funds for one’s family health care that are
    not subject to tax.

#3. Why do we have to buy insurance? See #1 analysis. A US law that forces public
to buy insurance or any kind of product is contrary to free market (health care).
It primarily benefits insurance companies and lawmakers who established that
law, who are paid by insurance lobby in addition to their salaries in Congress.
    See #1 analysis.

#4. This item serves to buy insurance still. What is the reason for buying
insurance in order to receive health care? I know one. It is the Insurance lobby.
    It is not free market.

So,…,Rand Paul wants to impose insurance and insurance plans to manage health care. He calls that a free market in health care. It is nothing more, than Government
instituted health Care. The Insurance language is the language of Obama and
Pelosi, who were lobbied by insurance companies to let them manage the health
care. Why borrow the language for free market health care from Socialists? We already know enough about Socialism. Do we know enough about Free Market? Paul Ryan certainly does not. He was guaranteed to fail with pushing his health care
    bill.

However the difficulty is widely spread. Why? The WND article talks about
free market health care, but uses the language of ObamaCare. That is the
language of Socialists, the language of Government Health Care. Democra6ts can
only laugh at such a stupidity. Hire real Austrian economists and some supply
siders to set up the free market health care correctly. The new bill will be
simple. There is not much to regulate. The only challenge is to support those
    who already bought into ObamaCare.

Election Pools, by ‘We The People’ is the way to solve this problem.

We just need to vote out, and replace all who openly fail to Honor their oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution.

Then remove any and all Government benefits they may have been otherwise entitled to receive.
