    terrorism. Also, a true war crime. Congress

    and State and Treasury must block this. AG

    must act very quickly to rescind and nullify.

    One last hoorah for the Fraud in Chief huh? HE has strapped we the people with $9.3 Trillion in additional Debt during his tenure so I guess he figures what’s another $221 Million going to hurt.
