    It would appear that EVERYBODY is at fault BUT the student….mmmm…I do have one question…IF the girl was being asked to leave the class room because of being on a cell phone by the teacher ,The principal, and the police officer ….why were the at least 3 other students that made videos of the officer(using cell phones) also not disciplined along the the offending girl ??? To my knowledge I have not heard of any actions against the students…why have rules IF no one gets punished for violating the rules…What is this teaching them about being responsible for their actions later on in life.
