How agreement by Democrats with Democrat administration led to thousands of illegal alien minors being lost in the system

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Currently there is a lot of talk about 150,000 illegal alien minors being released from ICE custody to alleged relatives and being lost in the system.

A number of years ago illegal alien minors were kept in immigration custody until their parents would come to release them from custody. A couple of law firms, which were well connected to the Democratic party administration of Bill Clinton, filed a law suit, titled Flores v Reno, claiming that those minors should be released from custody by others, including illegal aliens, and the rules should be loosened. The lead plaintiff was a 15 year old illegal alien Jenny Flores and the respondent was Clinton’s department of justice led by AG Janet Reno, hence the name Flores v Reno.

Reno made a deal with those law firms which allowed anyone claiming to be a relative to release  those minors from custody. Even illegal aliens could release them from custody. Later, illegal aliens did not respond to ICE seeking to check on the whereabouts of those minors, and that is how those illegal alien minors got lost in the system.

This agreement was a scam which allowed the Democratic party to push further  for open borders which provided the Democratic Party donors with an unending supply of cheap labor, thousands of illegal alien minors between 15-18 years old, who could be used in agricultural, construction, hospitality and other industries and it provided the Democratic party with voters, as ultimately many of those minors got legal status and citizenship and most of them vote for the Democrats.

This legal agreement gave the Democrats what they could not get through Congress, namely a plethora of illegal alien minors flooding the country and being released from custody.

It is time for Attorney General Sessions to file a motion in the Central District of California, where this agreement is being supervised, and seek a cancellation or modification of the agreement. The problem of missing minor illegal alien children can be solved by ending Flores v Reno. New guidelines should place a priority, where illegal alien minors should be released into custody of their relatives in their countries of origin, such as Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and so on.

Second priority should be an adoption by the US citizen families. These families will care for those children and will financially support them, so those illegal alien minors will not be a burden on the US taxpayers.

Last option, is placing them in children’s homes until they reach the age of 18 and can be sent back to the countries of origin.

At any rate, Trump administration should end Flores v Reno agreement and stop releasing illegal alien minors into custody of alleged relatives  who are illegal aliens themselves, as that is how those minors get lost in the system. www.orlytaitzesq.com

Illegal alien children were lost in the system because of “Flores v Reno” agreement which allowed illegal alien relatives to pick up illegal alien children in custody. This has to end.
