to me

Dr. Taitz, get a load of this. When I spoke to Brigette in Medical Records out at the hospital in Hi earlier today, she literally told me at 1st that the only one who is authorized to receive the autopsy report is Loretta Fuddy herself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why of course. We have privacy concerns here and we don’t want anyone else but Fuddy-Duddy herself to know her cause of death. It’s nobodies business but hers.

Of course this is the case. You asking for her autopsy results would be like me asking your credit card company for a copy of your credit card statement. Am I entitled to see your credit card statement?

    Am I? Answer that.

Who are you to be asking for this stranger’s autopsy report?

If you send “Brigette” a subpoena (it doesn’t have to be a valid subpoena) I will send you $200.

    Thank you.

    Keep it up!

The arrogance continues. These are not thinking people. See the pattern?

Well, let me chime in on supporting Dr Taitz: maybe she would need to know this, due to some future legal action, concerning the connection between Fuddy, O-noooo, others in Hawaii, etc.!

This is a Constitutional Crisis, posters, or have you not figured that out, yet? Orly is an attorney and she’s trying to solve this, and I say that she/we should use every means possible to do that!

Remember, all’s fair in love and war! And this is the biggest WAR ever!!! So get off Dr Orlys’ back! You bleeding heart libs need to get an MRI to see if there’s anything “upstairs?”

Some just do not understand a government is obliged to be answerable to the people. Otherwise we are just subjects of an oppressive monarchy or regime. Which evidence does point to that goal.

Difference between “Natural Born American Citizen” and “subject” born under british rule.

How many times have you seen in a newspaper or heard on a TV news report “as mentioned in the autopsy report”? It’s the norm everywhere to release autopsy reports to the general public. It’s a government document and government must operate in public view.

As for the autopsy report (not toxicology), I
would say that usually, only the immediate
family, relatives, or spouse can easily get
a copy. The public may ask, but also may be
refused or stonewalled. Even with a FOIA, you
cannot always get an autopsy report, if you
are not directly related. May depend on the
jurisdiction too. In Hawaii, the situation is
murky as to what is what, and you may have to
pay a fee or “bribe” to get what you want. IMO.
    Ask Orly, she knows, Huh?
