History of a bill

A few months ago I visited AZ and gave a 3 hour presentation on presidential eligibility. State representative Judy Burges (pictured below ) attended this lecture. Later Judy proposed an eligibility bill, aimed at demanding Obama’s vital records and proving his eligibility. Originally, under pressure of Obama operative Kirstin Cinema bill failed in a committee. I flew to Az again and met with Judy Burges, Representative Rick Gray and Director of legislative affairs for governor Brewer, Michael Hunter. Luckily Mr. Hunter  knew who I was, as the first thing he stated, as he entered the room, was “I saw you on TV”.  A new striker bill was discussed. I had an opportunity to actually add some provisions in the bill, to make it tighter. One of such provisions, was standing for citizens to challenge eligibility of the presidential candidate. Ms. Burges was able to include this bill as a striker bill, submitted by yet another representative, Carl Seel. Local tea party leaders    Jeff Lichter and Kelly Townsend (second picture, sorry couldn’t make it larger) organized heavy lobbying to push the bill through the committees. After daily phone updates, conversations with representatives, lobbying and shaming, the bill passed the committees and the committee of the whole. Today Carl Seel is meeting with Donald Trump to talk about the issue and possibly there will be a press conference on the issue. Most of the work was done behind the scenes. Great thanks and words of appreciation go to people involved: Representative Judy Burges, Mr. Burges, Representative Seel, Jeff Lichter, Kelly Townsend. No matter, what happens in the future, this is history in the making. As an immigrant, who was born in a communist dictatorship, I feel extremely proud and honored to be part of American history

    Dr. Taitz, thank you so much for your hard work in trying to help pass effective Presidential eligibility bills. You were willing to travel many times to get the job done. I know that this is a sacrafice for your family as well. Please give your husband and children my greatest thanks also.

    A matter of note – Senators and Representatives citizenship status is NOT checked as well and this is how obama was able to even get to run for POTUS in the first place.

    This is outstanding news Orly, Way to go. We are proud to have you in the American family also.

    I was wondering. do you think you will ever meet with Donald Trump? He knows alot but I know you can give him much more evidence about Obama’s stolen SS# , the missing time in Columbia, and his photshopped pictures like the one you recently showed us.

    He is on the lamestream news alot and would be able to bombard them with more fraud and evidence. And as weve seen, Its a beautiful thing to see when those telepromter reading puppets cant stick to thier script and start to go bonkers. It is a beautiful thing indeed.

    sorry for the double post. But I just read your other article for april 8th and congrats again. If you do ever meet with Donald Trump, Im sure he would love to dunk all the lamestream puppets in this tub of truth.

    When Obama is found illegal and goes to jail. will he be removed from our history of presidents? I would hate to see his evil picture stain future posters of all the presidents.

    All of what you have put into motion has finally come to fruition, and so many of us are so grateful to you for all you have done to make it possible.

    As an Arizona resident, I have been following the legislative progress on this bill and to see what is happening now is so powerful.

    Thank you again for all your hard work with our state legislators, and we will be praying that you receive credit for all you have accomplished, which we know came at a high price as well as a great personal and physical toll.

    I am sick to death about this phony “Where’s the birth certificate?” issue.

    Obama was not born to parents who were American citizens. PERIOD! — NOT ELIGIBLE.

    When Obama was born his father was a foreigner to the USA and, his mother was an under aged ex-patriot of the USA. On these facts alone he is not eligible.

    Where Obama was born and what his birth certificate says MAY OR MAY NOT contribute to one argument or another. They serve to misinform the American public on the central and certain facts. He wasn’t born to parents who were Americans and therefore unlawfully occupies the office of President.

    …. no matter where he was born.

    Get Donald Trump and every talking head on the TV to talk about his FOREIGN FATHER and his UNDER AGED EX-PATRIOT MOTHER, then you are making real progress.

    Much later you can throw in the saucy side facts about BOH, Sr.’s hareem and criminal bigamy in the USA with Obama’s mother, for news media traction. Bigamy is not a crime for a Kenyan Muslim, but is it an appropriate cultural value to pass on to the American people through our Commander in Chief? You know the answer.

    What about AZ Senate Bill 1308 that defines a dual citizen as natural born citizen?

    I believe a natural born citizen is one born on United States soil to parents who are United States citizens owing no fealty to a foreign state. That is how Vattle (Law of Nations) and Rep. Jogn Bingham (author of the 14th Amendment) defined natural born citizenship.
    Respectfully, Dr. Taitz, you do not seem interested in Trump’s definition of natural born which I find to be of the utmost importance and that makes me curious to know…how do you define a natural born United States citizen?
