While far left HuffPost loves to hate me and all the challenges against messiah Obama, they did publish the info on the hearing before Judge Charles Marginis, where Marginis originally made a statement that information about invalid voter registrations was obtained from the Internet and I corrected him by pointing out that I received the database CD from the Secretary of State Debrah Bowen (D). I received it as a candidate for the U.S. Senate. The database CD was given to two analysts: one is a Devry Computer science analyst, another former data analyst for NATO. Both came with the same results. Of course our lying members of the lap dog media only included the first sentence from the judge, but not an explanation and correction from me. Without the court records they felt they could go wild with misrepresentations.
Judge Marginis was simply looking for excuses to dismiss the case. Keep in mind, all the state judges are the product of the same rigged elections system. If the system is cleaned up, they might not be sitting in those positions for 10, 20, 30 years. Same goes for politicians. So, neither judges nor politicians, who are already in office, have any incentive to rock the boat. That is why elections fraud cases have to be heard by juries. Sadly, not one single judge in the country allowed any of the elections fraud cases go to the jury. I know some 45 attorneys and hundreds of pro se plaintiffs, who filed challenges against Obama. Let’s say I made an error in my pleadings or strategy here or there. People are not robots and might make a mistake, but you can’t believe that some 45 attorneys brought cases without merit. You can’t believe that a sheriff and multiple experts were wrong.
 There was not one single expert who provided an opinion that Obama has a valid birth certificate, a valid Selective Service Certificate and a valid Connecticut Social security number. Obama never got any experts to support his documents because he has nothing but cheep forgery. Not one person ever testified that you can create a document on a type writer and have letters of different fonts, sizes and spaces between letters. Not one person can explain, how could it happen that we can have postal stamps with a 4 digit stamp for over 200 years, and the only document with a 2 digit year stamp is Obama’s application for Selective Service?
How could it happen that both E-Verify and SSNVS both state that Obama never got the Ct SSN that he is using on his tax returns?
What makes me extremely angry, is arrogance of Obama, arrogance of corrupt and treasonous judges, bureaucrats and media thugs, who treat each and every American citizen like a complete moron.
Are you angry yet? If you are, demand removing Obama from office, prosecuting him for fraud and use of forged IDs, prosecuting all of his accomplices for violation of Oath of Office, for denying us honest service, for systematic violation of our civil rights!

    Bravo! Very nice summation of where we’re at currently. The only judge who uttered anything remotely honest was Driscoll during the Lakin trial when she slipped up and muttered “we can’t allow you discovery because it could be very embarrassing to the President!!” So she sent a Hero to Leavenworth so the biggest criminal in US history could remain on the lamb!

    The Huffington Post is controlled by the Rothschild-Rockerfeller news blackout of Obama- I am sure the Obama camp has reprimanded Huffingrton for anything near exposing Obama as a FRAUD- which he is of course-

    A needed strategy is one that challenges the OBOTS to PROVE that the 3 documents in question; bc, draft registration, ssn are NOT forgeries.
    Why is it that the birthers have to prove to the obots that the documents of concern are forgeries?

    The evidence certainly shows that the 3 docs are forgeries…so now let the OBOTS prove that the 3 docs are NOT forgeries.

    On all blogs the demand for proof that the documents in question are not forgeries should put the nay sayers on the defensive.

    The general public ought to be concerned with the inability of the OBOTS to prove that the 3 documents claimed to be forged are NOT forgeries, so when OBOTS can’t prove that the 3 documents are NOT forgeries… they lose the argument in the publics’ eyes.

    Let-em prove it, that is precisely the case Dr. Taitz has been making. In an eligibility case the burden of proof lies with the candidate being challenged. Obama has never had an expert witness swear under oath and attest that his documentation is authentic & valid. Allthough Dr. Taitz was never required to do so, she amassed all the proof needed to prove Obama is one. It fraud and forgery. Every Judge that has had one of her eligibility cases come before them knows her case is rock solid. The problem is they all sold their souls to the Devil by choosing to become willing Co-Conspirators in the cover up. Judge Wingate has the free will to choose where he will spend eternity. It’s his choice.
