    Are you rewriting it or just making the redactations? If so, the sooner you file it the better, so that the motion can be denied and you can get discovery.

    The redacted version was lost? Really? How convenient that this buys them more time. This is clearly one more corrupt stall tactic by another Obot, that just can’t stand that anyone might get to the bottom of the biggest lie ever told to the American people. If they are so sure that their KING is legitimate, why don’t they just let the facts come out to put this matter to rest? Instead, they will sadly do what they always have done in the past, make a childish excuse or remark to make them feel better about lying to themselves and everyone else. Get ’em Orly!

    Two more weeks? My oh my, it appears the marxists that have infiltrated the highest levels of our government and the courts are trying to run out the clock.

    But they are only delaying the inevitable which is Obama will be exposed to be a criminal. Makes you wonder if he really wants to have a deal done to ease the possibility of default on our national debt.

    Wouldn’t it be mighty convenient for him to deny making the scheduled debt interest payments thereby roiling the international financial markets. The US may turn into Greec on steroids and then Obama can call for martial law and suspension of elections in 2012.

    The best solution to this problem is to just send in a copy of what you sent (you did keep a copy, right?). Since it’s correct (right?), you can just copy and send it. Nice and quick. Don’t let those Marxists run out the clock.

    it’s good now. There was a motion from the department of Justice to strike some of my pleadings and exhibits, originally the judge granted it, but later reconsidered and allowed. So, we are back on track, we are fine. I am just a bit exhausted
