Help needed

I found some cases, where the Sec of State of NH and the commission removed from the ballot people, who were not qualified, but I am still looking for the caption and ruling of the case, where the Sec of State removed from the ballot a man, who admitted to be born in Egypt. This case was mentioned repeatedly by a number of state reps and citizens, but I am still looking for the paperwork. I need this man’s application and a paper showing that he was removed because he is not a natural born citizen. If it helps, I was told that the decision was made by the assistant Sec of State Sharon Ladd. I need the papers on this case asap.

    Were they running for state or federal office? And are these cases applicable if they did not involve a candidate for president? Was this Egyptian candidate a citizen at all?
