RE:        Data for Survey of 500 Likely Voters in California’s Open Primary

Date:     April 11, 2012

On April 5, 2012 Pulse Opinion Research conducted a survey of 500 Likely Voters in California’s Open Primary.

The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/- 4.5 % percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. This means that an identical survey conducted under the same circumstances would generate a result within the margin of sampling error 19 times out of 20.

There are other potential sources of error in any survey including question wording. Pulse Opinion Research did not develop the questions or subject matter for this survey but may have suggested edits.

The survey was conducted using an established automated polling methodology. Calls were placed to randomly-selected phone numbers through a process that insures appropriate geographic representation. After the calls are completed, the raw data is processed through a weighting program to insure that the sample reflects the overall population in terms of age, race, gender, political party, and other factors. The processing step is required because different segments of the population answer the phone in different ways. For example, women answer the phone more than men, older people are home more and answer more than younger people, and rural residents typically answer the phone more frequently than urban residents.

The population targets were based upon census bureau data, a series of screening questions to determine likely voters, and other factors. Pulse Opinion Research determines its partisan weighting targets through a dynamic weighting system that takes into account voting history, national trends, and recent polling.

When disclosing survey results you are free to release the survey under their own name.  When releasing the survey under Pulse Opinion Research the following language must be used:

“The telephone survey of 500 Likely Voters in California’s Open Primary was conducted by Pulse Opinion Research on April 5, 2012.  Pulse Opinion Research, LLC is an independent public opinion research firm using automated polling methodology and procedures licensed from Rasmussen Reports, LLC.”

Note from Orly

while in OC Register survey some paid or unpaid obots or   GOP RINO puppets and operatives  could vote multiple times, in this survey voters could vote only once. This survey shows me increasing the lead over all other GOP candidates. The number of “not sure” voters is going down. For primary I just have to be in top  2 with Diane Feinstein.

Please, make it go viral. we can make it and we can win the primary and advance to the general election

Although I don’t have an interest in California politics, I hope the GOP doesn’t pull the same crap on you that they are on Dr.Paul. Can you spell obvious voter fraud?

    Orly,
are you surprised to hear Allen West admit
out loud he knows of 80 verified Communists in Congress right now, do think it’ll get poo pood
and MSM will yawn and hope it goes away?
As a Senator from California, a Russian immigrant who knows full well what real Communism’s like and how it grows like a weed with it’s only mission of ‘taking over’, what would you do about Mr. West’s admission?

in regards to this recent public witness of 80 Congressmen currently practicing Communism
this warrants aggressive actions and immediate
investigations as an attack from domestic enemies within onto our Constitution!
    Where’s the outrage?
    Where’s media on this?
Are American reporters stupid? Don’t they realize
there’s a half dozen Pulitzer’s out there just
    dangling, ripe for the pickings?

    Orly,
Your one our last hopes. If you actually beat Senator Feinstein, do you realize that you would be endowed with ultimate power to be to raise a written objection to Obama should he win the Joint Session of Congress regarding his eligibility. It would also take one Rep objection, but I think we could actually get one if you could win the Senate position in CA. You are one of last hopes Orly.

“in regards to this recent public witness of 80 Congressmen currently practicing Communism

investigations as an attack from domestic enemies within onto our Constitution!”

There is nothing in the Constitution forbidding people from being communists.

    “Where’s the outrage?

Are American reporters stupid? Don’t they realize
there’s a half dozen Pulitzer’s out there just

Considering this is hearsay, even Orly would agree that it isn’t exactly actionable.

Andy: we don’t need to have any negative discussion on communism being in the Constitution…which it isn’t! But…in our modern society, we have seen that this form of govt is NOT acceptable to any thinking, decent group of citizens!

Ike did sign an Executive Order (back in the ’50’s) to “outlaw” the communist party! But since then, these treasonous types in govt have been able to get this rescinded!!! When, exactly, I don’t know! But this is treason, when it did happen!

And the Congress didn’t do a thing to stop this! This is what happens when the (lefties) get control of our govt! The govt should’ve been able to re-enact, since Ike, so the question is: why didn’t Nixon or Ford or Reagan or Bush…sign another executive order reaffirming this law that Ike signed?

Furthermore, I’ve heard that there are some (70-some socialists in Congress)? So, who knows, they may be the SAME people, as those who are labeled as commies?!!

And…these people would probably be the “lefties” that keep voting for things like: ObamaCare, etc.! Which would include (D)’s and some of the (R) RINOS, as well!!! So here again, we have a very large need to (VETT) all candidates, no matter how long they’ve been in office!!!

With what’s happened in Congress, we shouldn’t trust some 95% of them! But the tell-take sign would be…find the section in your local paper (Sundays-?) and see how your senator/rep has voted for any bill! That will tell you which should be voted for and those who should be sent home!!!
