Obama is demanding a decision by Judge Hanen for STAY of Hanen’s own decision by Monday, possibly, because he is afraid that if the case remains with Judge Hanen any longer, he might issue a contempt of court charge against Obama regime officials, who lied to the judge

Texas Governor Greg Abbot has already made a splash by getting a federal judge to stop Obama from granting amnesty to illegals through his executive command. But now it looks like he might have misled that judge, and Abbott is calling for the court to place him in contempt of court:Byron York of the Washington Examiner explains how Justice Department lawyers might have misled the court:
When President Obama announced his sweeping unilateral executive action on immigration last November, administration officials stressed that the new edict would not take effect immediately. One part of the president’s action — changes to DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, to extend the period in which illegal immigrants are protected from deportation to three years from its present two years, and also to extend work permits for the same time — was scheduled to go into effect Feb. 18, 2015, three months after the president’s announcement. The other part of the president’s action — the newly-created DAPA, or Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents — would go into effect six months after Obama’s edict.
The day after Obama’s Nov. 20 announcement, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service published notice that it “expects to begin accepting requests for the Expanded DACA program on Feb. 18, 2015; and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) program in mid-to-late May 2015.” The dates were set.
But when speaking before the federal judge, DOJ lawyers led him to believe that no requests had been implemented, when they had. Under this deception, they granted 100,000 requested for deferred action to illegal aliens while telling the judge that none had been granted.
Maybe all that info was lost in Hillary’s emails or Lois Lerner’s emails or something.

Yeah, Orly, not many governors got the moxy to stand up and “break wind in O’s direction!”
But I also see civil unrest if these zombies don’t do their jobs, and that includes Boner, McConnell, and all those who call themselves (R)’s and should be held completely accountable to We The People…every time they vote!

If I were the judge, it wouldn’t take me long to not only flip then off, but to make them see their future in some FEMA CAMP, in the Arctic!

Contempt of Court charge for Obama Administration is a necessary move for Judge Hannen to protect and to enforce Hanen’s injunction of the Administration. If the injunction is not in force the Administration actions undermine the US security and are treason.
The reason for this is that the Administration’s actions facilitate ISIS and other terrorists groups with which US is at war entries into inside of the US. According to the US Constitution aiding and abetting the enemies of US is treason. Thus the Administration is engaged in treason within its activities under Judge Hannen’s investigation.
Judge Hannen may be in a position to charge the Defendants for treason.
Recent decision by the Congress to fund the Administration activities currently under Hannen’s injunction is another act of treason by those in the House and the Senate who voted “yes” for the funding.
The members of this treason circle include Mitch McConnel, Harry Reid, John Boenner, Nancy Pelosi among others. However, these 4 people are deserved to be stripped of Congressional immunity (due to treason) and must be called before Judge Hannen as accomplices of the Administration in its act of treason.
The Contempt of Court and treason could be charged to the enlarged set of defendants. The set could be enlarged by inclusion in it McConnell, Boehner, Reid, and Pelosi as these people’s actions have inserted themselves between Judge Hannen and the majority of American voters and the Administration.
Preparations and arrangements for the arrest of all the defendants are in order.
Call Republicans in the Congress for special session to support Judge Hannen by removing Mitch McConnell and John Boehner from their respective speakerships and assign these strategic positions to respectively Senator Jeff Sessions and Representative Louie Gohmert.

Not sure about president, I filed voter fraud charges against the DNC for not vetting Obama in 2009 through the spineless AG’s office and the SOS. Again recently and still no bones.

I love that governor and as to another matter. Remove traitors Boehner and McConnell from their office. They have betrayed the voters that put them in office. Might as well voted Democrat.
