    This is really unforgivable!

    I wonder if there is something in the “skinny” bill that is irritating the small number of (R)s for them to not do their duty?

    I read that there was something involved with the rules of being able to pass this, but they could only pass it if they had the vote count to 60? or something like that?

    Does anyone else know about this?
