The most important strategy today, is to explain to American people that GOP will keep the US government open and will fund the US government aside from lawless theft of 5-37 million American jobs through lawless Obama amnesty.
If Obama throws a fit and shuts down the US government because he did not receive funding to print millions of ID and SSN cards to millions of illegals, so they can steal millions of American jobs, then GOP will go to court and will seek an emergency injunctive relief, an emergency order by the Federal court to reopen the government because Obama’s actiona are lawless, capricious and cause irreparable harm to US citizens and the US economy.

GOP HAS TO FUND AGENCY BY AGENCY AND SEEK AN INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, IF OBAMA KEEPS CLOSED FULLY FUNDED AGENCIES. IF OBAMA SHUTS DOWN THE GOVERNMENT, HE HAS NO LEG TO STAND ON, NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO DEMAND FUNDING FOR HIS LAWLESS AMNESTY AND THEFT OF UP TO 37 MILLION AMERICAN JOBS

OBAMA IS EXPECTED TO ANNOUNCE AN AMNESTY FOR ALL THE ILLEGAL ALIEN PARENTS OF US CITIZEN-ANCHOR BABIES, WHICH CAN BE AS MANY AS 37 MILLION PEOPLE. HE THREATENS TO SHUT DOWN THE US GOVERNMENT IF GOP DOES NOT GIVE HIM MONEY FOR THIS MASSIVE THEFT OF US JOBS. HIS POSITION EQUALS TO A POSITION OF A THIEF WHO DEMANDS THAT YOU GIVE HIM THE KEYS TO A GET AWAY CAR, SO HE CAN STEAL ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS AND SPEED AWAY IN A GETAWAY CAR. IT IS TIME FOR GOP TO SAY “NO”, NO KEYS FOR A GETAWAY CAR, NO FUNDING TO AID AN INVASION, NO FUNDING FOR YOUR THEFT OF MILLIONS OF AMERICAN JOBS.
OBAMA HAS NO LEG TO STAND ON AND HERE IS WHY:
FIRSTLY, DURING THE PREVIOUS SHUT DOWN DUE TO OBAMACARE OBAMA STATED THAT HE HAS A LEGAL BASIS TO DEMAND THE FUNDING BECAUSE CONGRESS PASSED THE LAW, PASSED OBAMACARE. NOW, CONGRESS DID NOT PASS IT. CONGRESS EXPRESSLY TOLD HIM: NO, WE WILL NOT PASS THIS AMNESTY, WE ARE NOT WILLING TO LEGALIZE THIS MULTI-MILLIONNINVASION AND THEFT OF MILLIONS OF AMERICAN JOBS AND THEFT OF ESTIMATED 6 TRILLION TAX PAYER DOLLARS FOR BENEFITS FOR NEWLY LEGALIZED ILLEGALS. THERE IS NO BASIS FOR OBAMA TO DEMAND FUNDING FOR HIS LAWLESS AMNESTY.
SECONDLY, OBAMA’S REFERENCE TO PRIOR AMNESTY IS UNREASONABLE AND WITH NO BASIS. REAGAN AMNESTY WAS APPROVED BY THE CONGRESS. THIS IMPENDING AMNESTY IS NOT.
Congress realized that prior immigration reform was a mistake. Only the negative aspects of the immigration reform were implemented, none of the positive aspects of the prior immigration reform were implemented. Mexican border fence, which was promised to American people, was not built and it is wide open. Large corporations and their principals were never prosecuted for hiring thousands of illegal aliens. We are seeing a theft of 2-3 million American jobs through Reagan-Bush amnesty and we are not willing to allow any more theft.
Specifically, because amnesty was such a failure before, Congress is not willing to repeat it.
Lastly, Democrats state that Reagan granted amnesty to 40% of illegals, Obama wants to grant amnesty to alleged 40%, namely 5 million. The numbers are bogus. According to the Center for Immigration studies we have 30-35 million illegals. Based on a statement given to me by John Sampson, deportation officer with 30 years of experience, deportation community estimates that we have 42 million people, who either entered illegally or overstayed their visas. Majority of them have anchor babies, children born in the US. This is the reason Obama ordered printing of 37 million blank IDs. This is a massive invasion. Congress has to state “NO”.
Plan of action:
1. Congress has to fund the government by sending funding bills department by department while expressly omitting and forbidding any funding for printing green cards, Social Security cards, work permits and any other IDs to illegal aliens and expressly forbidding any funding for impending executive amnesty.
2. If Obama shuts down the government, Congress has to file an emergency injunction, demanding a court order to reopen all government agencies, which were funded by the Congress and capriciously and spitefully kept closed by Obama. For example, if Congress approves funding for VA and Obama shuts down VA, Congress should seek an emergency injunctive relief, an emergency court order to re open VA, which is fully funded by the US Congress and kept closed by capricious, irrational actions of Obama. When injunction is considered, the court has to look at the balance of hardships. Keeping fully funded VA closed, will be an unprecedented burden on all the veterans and Obama would not be able to demonstrate any burden on him. This balance will weigh squarely in favor of granting the injunctive relief and reopening the VA over Obama’s order to keep it closed. Even the most corrupt DC Federal judge will not dare not to issue such an order and risk an unprecedented wrath of the whole nation. Through this process, with the support of the American people and judiciary, all of the agencies of the US government will be reopened, the only part, which will not be funded, will be the funding of any and all expenditures for processing of green cards, Social Security cards and work permits to millions of illegal aliens, Obama will look like a powerless fool and an Americans hating usurper, who he really is.
3. Lastly, US congress should impeach Obama for treason.
