   This is untrue. Mr. Fitzpatrick has a long rap sheet to begin with. He was out on bond and failed to show up to court. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He notified the press that he was not going without a fight. The police came, and he fought, and went.

My only point is that Fitzpatrick is not new to getting in trouble with the law and there are consequences to not coming to court and announcing to the world that you will fight law enforcement when they come to get you on an arrest warrant.

Everything, I mean EVERYTHING Walt Fitzpatrick did was well documented and within the confines of the law. What happened to Walt Fitzpatrick was nothing short of torture at the hands of a bunch of evil animals calling themselves ‘the law.’ He is in jail without an ‘accuser.’ This is a bunch of cowardly pantywaists, in my opinion.    Orly:…If this commander fought the establishment, I say-Good for him! These goons need to have the public “discuss” this stuff with them, in their language!! These NWO types are coming out of the woodwork…and they are making scenes!     I believe politijabber/chum lee or whoever it is who answered above on the Kings Co., WA evidence regards Walt’s trumped up court martial from the service. All of this information has been extensively covered in the Postemail site with the proof that he was fraudulently court martialed by Bitoff and 3 others back in ’89. Check out the Postemail files. Walt has hidden nothing and has been working hard to expose crimes, fraud and corruption when he sees it. The state of TN is riddled with it.

    Walt is not the only one who has been jailed for trying to expose corruption. Ever heard of Leo Haffey, an atty who was locked up, threatened, as well as his family threatened because he tried to expose a crime concerning some 2008 election computers that had been stolen in TN? This was last year. Add that to what Orly posted and it shows that there’s a hotbed of crime, corruption and cover-ups in TN. Could these political prisoners & those who were killed have followed these leads right up to the top gvmt officials and/or W.H. and therefore needed to be gotten out of the way?

    There may be some top brass in the military who should perhaps have some of the things they are doing (or have done) exposed, however, (Ret.) Lt. Cmdr. Walt Fitzpatrick III is an American hero, so stop trying to sully his name Chum Lee / Politijabber. You may someday wish you personally knew some of these American heros & people like Orly, who aren’t afraid to stand up for truth, even to protect people like you.     MADISONVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A prosecutor says an investigation into the shooting death of an election official whose body was found in the trunk of a burning car is now “focused in a particular direction” in East Tennessee.

    Monroe County Election Commission Chairman Jim Miller’s body was discovered after a deputy on patrol spotted Miller’s car burning off a rural road July 17.

    Assistant District Attorney Jim Stutts also said investigators will likely present their evidence to a grand jury, probably in November, before anyone is charged. He declined to comment further.

    Monroe County investigators and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are not making any comment.

    An autopsy showed a gunshot killed Miller.

    Orly:…Interesting. It looks like I have the “moon-doggies” pegged, with their “M.O.” in wanting to kill others with FIRE!

    I don’t care what they hauled the Commander in for. I’ve read enough to understand that ANYONE who tries to “solve” the corruption that has been going on in America since the founding of the [illuminati and its viral contaminon into America]…as well as the entrance of the “Sand-Fleas” in our midst (Mecca-Mafia)…these are the “heros” of our day!

    They can’t stand what’s happened to our America! And I have to say that what this man has had to put up with in the defense of America and our liberties (as the Late, Great Barry Goldwater once discussed…[“Extremism in the Defense of Liberty…’IS’ No Vice!”]…then, we should all get behind this man, Lakin, Cook, others [in and out of] the military, so that these “psycho-degenerates” understand that “AMERICA IS ‘NOT’ GOING DOWN, NOW OR ANY OTHER TIME!!!!! The “Giant” has awaken! And enough is enough. And I have seen videos, Orly, which show this kind of treatment of a: Minister at some check-point, a lady on a beach shooting film of a situation, and an elderly guy at a fair in Alaska!

    And…if we will all remember how the Late, Great Sheriff, Buford Pusser, of McNary County, Tennessee, had to fight the “evil” of corruption, as well.

    And after I saw the 3rd film about his battle with these people, it was clear that the “real problem” was the “elite,” which led straight to the “powers” in the Tennessee State Govt!

    Funny how all the damned problems begin with some form of govt… like they can’t do enough to control the public and try to get them to “obey,” like we are “chattel”!!! Like they actually think that they have this power that “supercedes”-(sp-?) the Constitution!!!!

    This is a “psychological” abnormality…and a form of “possession” of evil in those who are “W-E-A-K” of character! And…those who can’t discern “truth” nor being a good person! That is why it is so “IMPORTANT” to elect: Christian, Conservative, Patriotic Americans, who have their heads screwed on right! And I’m hoping we can “separate” the “wheat” from the “shaff” in this election on Tuesday!

    Also, as you’ve pointed out on your site at times, and I have held this philosophy, as well, it’s the “Establishment” that (IS) the problem in America! Just think of he acts and influence that the “atheists,” “illuminati,” “socialists,” “commies,” and the “moon-doggies” have perpetrated upon this last “Bastion of Freedom” …which they “slobberingly” hate!

    So…we must Never, Ever, Ever, EVER stop praying…nor working to rid this American “Home” of Ours of these evil, psychotic,
    “Robo-Retards” of this planet!

    And, as if it weren’t enough…we have posters here who see only the “surface,” empirical, 1st -glance observation of what they perceive to be the problem! When we all know that to come up with “real” solutions, one must also dig deeper, to find out “why” the Commander hit the negative aspect of life!

And that we are NOT going to just sit here and allow our lives to become the “Monopoly Pieces” for these “way too wealthy” Vultures, who think they have a “patent” upon The lives of Americans!

    Boy, have “REAL PATRITOTS” GOT SOME NEWS FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I’m grinning, now!!)

    And, Orly, anyone who gets “cute” with you from now on…don’t give them any satisfaction of answering any of their “smart-a____” questions or don’t let them badger you! They don’t deserve the “time of day”! And you know whom they are!
