   Seditionist Carl Swensson can convene all the stupid grand juries he wants. The GA SOS will never be indicted nor prosecuted nor will GA secede.

   Really? Secession is the only way? Has ol’ Carl forgotten how that worked out in Georgia the last time?

   But short of Civil War 2, I guess he can spin his wheels with the citizen grand jury. There has yet to be a CGJ that has actually accomplished something, but everyone needs a hobby.

   Since Obama’s name will be on my ballot this November, that ballot is invalid because it is a fraudulent ballot with a person who has committed crimes while serving in high office, has no identification for US citizenship of any kind to show, or the right to be elected to any public office as outlined in the constitution. If I fill out that ballot and mail it in, I have taken part in this continued fraud against our country and I would be part of the problem. I intend to write on my ballot on both sides that this ballot is not valid with Obama’s name on it and it must be removed and send me a new one without his name. I will not take part in voter fraud. I will not vote but will mail back my ballot with those remarks.

   It would be in the best interest of the nation to follow suit and write fraudulent ballot then send it back without voting for anything. We can’t vote for illegal aliens. No court in the world can stop this movement. Voters are honest and we don’t take part in fraud and racketeering.

   Since this nation is now operating under a foreign and alien form of government, The Constitution no longer applies. Redress in any form is not possible as long as you are playing inside their sandbox. We needn’t look any further than the work of Orly over the past 3 + years to understand that the Judiciary is nothing more than a conglomeration of Adirality/Commerce Courts that the common man does enter until and unless there is money involved.
   Time for the other form of justice…
   COMMON LAW GRAND JURY.
   The previous attempts were woefully inadequate for the task they were convened for but did test these fertile waters and show what will now have to be done in order for them to work.
   We now know how it’s done, we know that these GJ’s are entirely legal, so long as they are formed according to centuries old rules and so long as the enforcement arm of these GJ’s is firmly established FIRST.
   Many fear this approach since it takes the power away from corrupt Judges and puts it squarely on the shoulders of we the people. Prior to 1836 it was the accepted norm for meating out justice and Justice is what we had. Enter then the Lawyers (nothing personal Orly) and, like anything else we try, some were good, some were evil and now in 2012 we see one irrefuteable fact. Evil won.
   Those who find refuge in the volumes of laws, rules and regulations have no such protections when the people rise up for America by instituting and restoring the rights gauranteed by God and enshrined in the original Constitution.
   Is it sedition to restore our form of governance or sedition to pervert it as is clearly on display today?
   Progressives, Socialists, Marxist communists now run this asylum using this or that ism to justify their cradle to grave control over a free people.., US. We are now, officially slaves to this government. Those who squeal at such words are mainly those who receive some benefit from it. Those who are being systematically bled by the “it’s all about the children and less fortunate” crowd are so utterly clueless as to what the remedies entail that to merely speak of them raises a howl much like that of a hit dog.
   I won’t tell anyone where the first CLGJ is to be set up but will say the wheels are currently in motion. Though I’m aware of a couple of these, others are working this same approach, all over the country and it’s no longer a question of if they will re-appear in our landscape but when. That I will leave to the worry warts to ponder and the Patriots to make it happen.
   So, in closing, let me just re-assure those who yearn for the return of their inalienable rights, the calvery is forming and will, locale by locale return those rights to you. Those who are irresponsible will suffer the most and that is just inevitable so it would be in your best interest to prepare for the upcoming paradym shift. Whether this ocurs because if the actions of those who desire a return to the “Rule of Law” or because of the financial collapse sure to come.., it will happen.
   Freedom will always be poison to some.
